Our Non-Smoking, three bedroom townhome/condominium is located in Indian Shores, a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and local restaurants. It offers upscale dining and a variety of activities on and off its pristine beach. Come and enjoy our wonderful direct Gulf home. We offer three bedrooms, and two full baths. This two-story building is intimate but spacious with only nine other units on the property.
The master bedroom faces the Gulf with its own gulf front sitting room, private deck off living room, and a 500 square foot private deck with hot tub, off the loft area offering panoramic views of the beaches, Intercoastal Waterway and breathtaking sunsets. The wood beams and hardwood floors add warmth along with the 18 foot stone fireplace. Professionally decorated with new designer furniture.
Sunset House is the perfect vacation home being centrally located to major cities like Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Orlando, offering many activities like fishing trips, jet-ski rentals, Busch Gardens, and Disney Parks or just relax on our wonderful safe beach and let the world go by.
It offers all the amenities needed for you to enjoy your vacation and not worry about anything. Watch the sunrise from the large private viewing deck and the sun set from your own private hot tub. Our families wanted to say thank you for setting us up in your beautiful Sunset House and Nautical Watch, which is next door to each other, something we did not think we could do with with 2 large families coming together for a vacation. Everything was wonderful. The condos were beautifully decorated, fresh and clean and well stocked with our daily needs. The view, the sunsets, and the sandy beaches, were awesome, the verity of local resturants was perfect. We could not have asked for a better vacation. From our 1st phone call to your office, until the day we left, helped make this trip most memorable! We would stay in any of your properties, and we will again next year. Large, clean, great view, and nicely decorated. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and where not cramped. It was nice having 3 decks. Although the hot tub was not very hot (the owners said they had not turned it up for the winter season) everyone really enjoyed it. It was great on rainy days. The only thing I would request is that some kind of louvered doors or something be put in the opening to the loft so that there was some privacy. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again.

Lary & Carol, Just wanted to let you know we enjoyed the Sunset House condo very much. The location was awesome, with a great beach & several nice resturants nearby (Salt Water Grill and the Conch Republic) The views from the 3 balconys were incrediable & interior was spacious, well laid out & tastefull decorated. The best part was the hot tub! Everyone throughly enjoyed it. Thank you very much & we plan to make this a Thanksgiving Family tradition! Jim & Michelle

This is the second property of Larry and Carol's that we have stayed in and we couldn't have been more satisified! I would really recommend that you check out all their properties! Larry and Carol were more than accomadating and a pleasure to work with as usual! This unit has everything you would want. It is very well maintained, interior is beautiful along with views from every balcony, and the hot tub is a wonderful place to relax in the evening and enjoy the view. I am looking forward to seeing them again this year!

Great Townhome/ Condo directly on the beach. The management company was a pleasure to deal with. No problems and very responsive to telephone calls and e-mails. I would definately stay here again as well as trying other properties owned by them.
