We chose Pine Island as a vacation and future retirement home because we were loved the fact that it was part of the Florida Protected Wild Life Reserve.
The Unique Benefits of this House
While swimming in our in ground solar heated pool, almost 12 months a year, we can sometimes see a mother manatee swim safely up and down our canal with her baby. We don't ever have the nuisance of the invasion of college kids during spring or winter break!
