5th floor, 1500 +- square feet, spacious living/dining is(17x34). Split bedroom plan, master (15x15) and guest (13x16) have their own entrance to deck with large sliding doors. Sep. laundry room. Recently updated interior includes new cabinetry, tiled baths and new furniture.
The 7x74 (518 sq. ft.) panoramic wrap deck has a lounge chair, two large tables, eight chairs. You can enjoy one side of deck sun/shade on the other. There's plentiful close parking to elevator with loading/unloading zone. Game room w/2 pool tables, video games.

The view from my wrap unit is the best on the beach. I have a huge living/dining area with glass
doors that totally wrap around the unit.

You are so in-touch with the beach you can be on the deck talking to family or friends on the beach. You can stand in the unit and watch dolphins play in the water. Parasailing, windsurfing, hang-gliding can be enjoyed from inside the unit.
506 Summerhouse-5th floor. The closest condo to the ocean anywhere You can't beat the view!
1 mile walk Beachside Restaurant. Good atmosphere, seafood, salads, burgers, great bar. Music at night and summer afternoons.
Great Food. I love lunches there. Good menu! Kids with mom and dad or Nana and Papa leave from here on Pirate Ship for great time.
Great restaurants, eat open air or inside, upper deck overlooking ocean @ Back porch (good grouper sandwich!),theatre, shopping.
Locals love it! Great seafood & bar. Oysters are super! Across street The Shrimp Boat! Gracie Rae's oyster bar! Uncle Ernie's! Check out the area!

I, Patsy Davis enjoy managing my beach condo with VRBO. My husband is a contractor of custom homes in the North Georgia area. We have five children and four grandchildren. We enjoy the beach and Panama City very much.
I purchased a condo at Summerhouse because it was the best complex on Thomas Drive and that's where I wanted to be. It is a quieter area and to me the choice area. It is a family complex with return renters. I am very impressed that most people that have contacted me about renting have stayed at Summerhouse before.
The fantastic view is so important. My family and I spend a lot of time in Panama City and I'm sure you will find my unit as comfortable as you could wish for. I keep my condo furnishings and decorations totally updated and I'm sure they are to your satisfaction. We enjoy Pier Park at night. There's always activities for the children and the park/like atmosphere is great.
