My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this awesome condo and could not have been more pleased. As we looked around the unit, it was obvious that Patsy takes great pride in providing beautiful and comfortable vacation accommodations. There was nothing we needed that was not readily available. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which has not always been the case in some condos we have rented. Another extra-special feature of this unit is the breathtaking wrap-around view one is availed. We are forever spoiled and won't settle for anything else on our future trips to the beach! Though this was our first visit to this particular unit, we have vacationed at the Summerhouse complex a number of times over the past 15 years, and have always loved the layout of the two pools and the other beachside amenities. We have never been to the beach in the winter, but found it to be a wonderful time to get away, to walk along the beautiful white sands, and to enjoy the balcony. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit. We can't wait for our next visit to this wonderful Summerhouse home away from home!

My family and I have been BLESSED to be able to stay at the Summerhouse in this unit and the owners previous unit for 10 plus years. Every year I feel like I am in a new place. The unit is well maintained, decorated and equipped with everything you need and more. Having also stayed at some of the "newer" high rises, this one BY FAR is the most AMAZING place in Panama City to stay. The home away from home feeling along with the FANTASTIC views are what will make you want to never stay any where else on the beach. The personal touches from the owner will leave a lasting impression that will make you want to come back again and again. The location is close enough to lots of great restaurants (Schooner's is the BEST) without all the hassle of the Front Beach Road traffic. We love having the access to the beach right off from the pool along with parking that is up close. This place is one that you will truly love and will create lasting memories for you and your family. The owner, Pasty, takes great pride in seeing that you have everything that you need for you and your family to just sit back and enjoy the beach. Better book early for next year............once you stay you will want to come back.

Can't Be Beat!

My husband and I stayed here May 12th-15th. The condo was even better than the pictures. It was bright and cheery and the attention to detail was outstanding. It was well stocked with just about anything you need and there was even real soap in the cutest dispensers. The towels were so soft and nice. I was so impressed with the decorations and pictures that it took an hour just to look at everything. My husband got tired of hearing me exclaim over and over how nice this condo was. The owner even had a large scrapbook with menus from all the different restaurants with little notations on what she had enjoyed at that particular restaurant. The views were amazing. You could see the ocean from anywhere in the condo. I would recommend this condo and the owner was wonderful to work with. Hope we can rent it again next year!

Loved your condo!!! I have stayed at a lot of condo's over the years and yours definitely had the nicest balcony of all!!! Just beautiful views! Had everything we wanted and more!!!

We have stayed at many places in our 20 yrs of marriage, but never have we felt so at home. Patsy you have provided a perfect place to get away from life and all its stress. I even enjoyed doing the floors, mirrors and cooking. With the views from your condo house keeping was such joy. I loved the balcany, I do love the beach but nothing like just sitting on the balcany and feeling like I was on the beach. (with no sand to worry with) Sunrise and Sunsets where amazing. I cannot wait to return to your condo.

I LOVE THIS CONDO SOOOOOO MUCH! I am SOOOOO glad my nana owns this condo! It has an uh-mazing view! We love to just sit on the deck and watch the sunset! And I especially love my nana's taste in beach decorations like her flamingos and flip flop decorations! The Summerhouse is surronded be lots of great restaurants and things to do! But you can't forget that lovely beach! This beach has something for everyone to do whether it be skim boarding or sun tanning, you will LOVE this place. And after a long day in the sun, my nana's condo has the PERFECT furniture to catch some rest. I love this condo so much, and I hope you will take the opportunity to love it too. Why don't you make the reservations today? THIS will be a trip you will never forget.

The words of a twelve year old can't be questioned as to "the memories we have built in Panama City" that will last a life time. Family vacation

My family has enjoyed your condo for two years now. It is all it is advertised to be and more. I particularly like being able to set on the balcony and view the entire beach area. I am not much of a "beach bum" so it was great to enjoy several of the golf course nearby, all affordably priced. The beach itself is great and very family friendly. The unit was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for all six members of our family. We have made reservations for this summer.

My wife and I and our 2 kids stayed here in early Aug for a week and we all loved it. The wraparound balcony was awesone, great views! Being out on the balcony was like being on the beach - it was so close to the gulf. Many times I just sat in a balcony chair, frosty beverage close at hand (and AC!). Kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the condo. I even found a small seafood place 2 mins down the road that I would get steamed shrimp/corn/potatoes and brought back to the condo to enjoy. The condo was tastefully decorated and had a homey feel about it. My wife liked one of your decorative pieces so much that we ordered one from the mfg before we even left the condo. Myself, I particularly liked the frosty mugs in the freezer and made very good use of them. The owner Patsy is wonderful to work with and was very accomodating to our needs. She made us feel like family. I would definitely stay at again! P.S. Angelo's is still the best place for steaks as far as we are concerned. Don't miss it.

Awesome Condo Unit

My wife and 5 yr old son stayed in this unit for the first time in 2009. We had stayed at other Summershouse Wrap Units several times before. This unit is an excellent choice. The furnishings are above average. The Kitchen was very well equipped. The living / kitchen room area is so spacious , comfortable, and of course the best views of the Sun setting. The Master Bedroom & Bath were very roomy and comfortable. The Guest Bedroom and Bath were also great. The balacony is beyond comparison. The views are unobstructed and outstanding. The pool and beach area are very family oriented. We look forward to returning hopefully in the near future.

My husband and I spent a month at Patsy's condo and loved the condo and the Summerhouse. Even if the weather was too cool for the pool(it was February) just sitting in the condo with the drapes open and watching the waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the sun sitting was amazing!! The view is what makes this unit really special. You can tell that the owners take pride in their unit and that it is very well maintained and updated. Having the wrap around unit makes it very roomy and a perfect getaway.
