    Thank you so much for the hospitality in your cottage. While we would have loved to have stayed longer, it was a perfect place for our short trip to Mill Valley for my high school reunion. Your place was so comfortable & beautifully finished. I will definitely keep it in mind again for any future trips back to the area.

  • At my son's suggestion, I stayed for the last week at the ModernMill Valley Cottage while visiting my grandchildren. Everything was delightful. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and a wonderful view and environment. I had an off-road parking space and easy access to the City. I truely enjoyed my visit to the utmost. I'll be sure to reserve early on my nest visit!

  • This is honestly one of the best retreats I have found in the Bay Area. Between their wonderful hospitality and impeccable taste, the owners have designed a contemporary yet warm cottage in which to enjoy all that Marin, as well as the city, has to offer. Trails out your back door up to Mt. Tam, a 5 min walk to adorable Mill Valley and an easy drive into the city over the beuatiful Golden Gate Bridge. I'd highly recommend!

  • This is a lovely, quiet and super clean spot just up the hill from downtown Mill Valley. We walked right out of the front door and within moments were hiking by a stream in the redwoods. Very convenient to/from San Francisco too - you can exit 101 before the traffic starts building up! Great bed and amenities. Very private. Could not recommend any higher!
