Bonita Beachwalk is a special place. This Relaxed, Upscale Key West/Costa Rican - styled condominium is convenient to everything. Located on Bonita Beach Rd., which is “The Gateway to the Gulf”, one may be at the water’s edge and have your feet in the warm sand in less than 60 seconds, as it is only a mile.
This central vacation destination not only offers fun and sun at Bonita and Barefoot Beaches, but shopping, dining and entertainment are just minutes away. A favorite shopping destination is the New Coconut Point Mall, Southwest Florida's largest, and is only a 12 minute drive. There are many other boutique shopping areas to explore in all directions.
The area features an array of other vacation activities to fill your day. Many are only seconds away with specialty restaurants within walking distance, Miniature Golf, and real golf too! Many also enjoy Boating, Fishing, Kayaking, Tennis, Pro Baseball, College Basketball, the Zoo, Eco-tours, water parks and much more.
The Southwest airport (RSW) is only 25 miles away making travel a breeze.
This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath residences has a very unique layout. The Master Bedroom is complete with a King Size Bed, Flat Screen LCD TV, and Full Bath. The Guest Suite provides a King Sized pop-up Trundle Bed which can also be used as single beds, plus there is a convenient desk and private full bath.
The spacious Living Room features a Flat Screen LCD TV and DVD with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has all top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances and counter top seating for three, all in the main residence.
A second, outdoor summer kitchen has a table with seating for 6, Jennair cook top, small refrigerator, separate ice maker and stand up cooler. The summer kitchen is in a screened in lanai area that overlooks the custom designed pool and spa which is available for all to enjoy.
The 3rd Guest Suite has its own private entry and is separate from the main residence. It is complete with a Queen Bed and private bath. This arrangement works well for anyone requiring separate quarters and privacy.
One may rent just the two bedroom at a reduced rate or add the third bedroom “Guest House” if you desire three bedrooms and three baths. Young children needing supervision are not allowed to stay in the “Guest House” by themselves.

Bonita Springs and Bonita Beach are special places to live. The warm Gulf winds keep the summers cooler than our northern home and the winters are obviously much warmer. There is so much to do in every direction and one can fill their time easily with healthy fun times. We love the beach and the sunsets and can't wait to be there soon.
Only a mile to the beach means you can have your feet in the warm sand in seconds! Enjoy Doc's Beach House, a local waterfront restaurant, where locals enjoy grouper sandwiches, pizza, cold beverages
Discover the wildlife and beauty of Hickory Bay! The channels are well marked and you can go either direction to Wiggins Pass or New Pass! You will not be disappointed.
Enjoy an Old Florida atmosphere and exceptional seafood. One can rent canoes, kayaks, and boats and cruise the well-marked channels. Do not miss this slice of Florida life!
Take a guided tour or venture out on your own through natural estuaries.
Be your own Captain! Enjoy a day in the well marked backwaters of Hickory Bay and surrounding estuaries.
One of the best in-season restaurants in the area. Enjoy the American Cusine and excellent wines. The service and menu will not disappointment you!
This is another one of our favorite restaurants! The chef is from Hawaii and his wife runs the dining room and you can expect every dish to be delightful.
Almost next door to Bonita Village is Rode’s Fresh Fish Market and Restaurant. Its market is a convenient service to those staying at Bonita Village and the fish dinners are very good!
This fun and exciting miniature golf course will provide a great family outing within easy walking distance of Bonita Village.
A local bar & grill that serves great pulled pork and cold beer. Close enough you can walk home.
One of our favorite breakfast places! Great whole wheat pancakes, omelets, and banana bread! You’ll miss it when you go home!
A fun outing with everything from excellent seafood to custom made golf clubs! It’s big so wear your walking shoes!
The second largest open air mall in the US! Big enough to have 2 Starbucks! Great restaurants too!
The entire family will enjoy the homemade ice cream which is only a few small blocks south of Bonita Village. It may well make the best ice cream in Florida!
