Just a note about beach access. We are directly across the street, but we also have a private parking lot you can use right by the beach so you can park and walk if you prefer (just a little easier if you are carring chairs, coolers, etc), but either way, it is a wonderful short walk.

This is one of the newest condominium buildings in Orange Beach! This is NOT a high-rise condo complex. This is a very upscale, low density (34 units total) complex that was built for those who did not want to be in a complex with hundreds of other people and everything that accompanies the large crowds in those buildings.

This unit has a very limited number of days that will be available for rentals. It will be offered to those looking to spend quality time 'at the beach' without having to be in a 'cookie cutter condo' dealing with noise, crowds and two star accommodations.

This unit is 1953 square feet, with nothing but 'top shelf' amenities. From the marble entrance to the custom designed walk-in tile shower to the stainless steel and granite kitchen, this unit is nothing but first class.

This is our second home, we don't use a rental agency, and we will be the ones to meet you, give you the keys and make sure you are ready for your time in Orange Beach. We are only interested in sharing our home with those who will respect our unit and treat it like 'Their Own.'

We have had some great experiences with our 'guests' including making new friends, business associates and even trading a week at our place for a week at theirs!

If you need anything...groceries to be stocked so you don't have to spend time waiting in line, special requests in the unit such as fresh cut flowers, a special wine, fresh shrimp in the refrigerator or whatever you would like, we would be glad to offer any assistance for your stay.

We have trailer parking available across the street from the unit. No one else can offer that!

    • Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: We are located directly on the water. We are also right across the street (just a few steps) from the beach which our unit has access to. Their are two piers with boat slips that you can see form our unit. Slip #23 belongs to our unit, our slip has power and water and is yours to use!

    • You can walk from our unit to many charter boats if you would like to spend the day deep sea fishing or would rather book an inshore trip. You can castch trout and redfish from our piers. Shopping and dining is all an easy walk. You could stay for a week and walk to a different dining spot each day. Great boutique shopping rights next door and of course the world famous Flora-A-Bama is just over the bridge! We will gladly give you a list of 'Must Do's' during your stay if you would like.

    • My husband and I had a wonderful "get-away" weekend in this lovely condo. This was by far the most beautiful and well-appointed condo that we have ever had the pleasure of vacationing in, whether in this general area or around the US. Of special note was the kitchen that included every utensil/appliance imaginable to whip up a great meal. Bathroom and view from balcony stunning as well. We saw 3 dolphins from the balcony on our last day there! Definite highlight!

    • Highly recommend this condo!! We had a wonderful Spring Break!! It's luxury vacation at it's finest!! Granite countertops, open floor plan, split bedroom plan, patio overlooking pool and bay!! Gorgeous setting!! The condo had everything we needed! It rained one day and we were able to swim in the indoor pool!! Convenient location right in Orange Beach, close to fishing, restaurants , shopping, and of course the FloraBama!! Not one of those high rise mega condo's where you have to wait on elevators and lots of rowdy teenagers. There seemed to be a nice mix of children, older adults, teens, etc...Hope to go back again soon!!

    • My husband and I travel often and have stayed in many condominiums. This condo was one of the best. It was spacious, bright, great views, easy access to the beach. The kitchen was over the top wonderful. We like to cook and in fact we travel with a knife sharpening stone and small bags of herbs and spices. We never needed them. The kitchen had everything! Other features included great lighting, good wifi, televisions in every bedroom. My parents (both 86 years old), my brother, my husband and I, all loved our stay.

    • This unit was a very impressive, resort-like condo with all of the upgrades. The open floor plan and large kitchen/dining room area encouraged hours of family time and relaxation. The view of the marina was spectacular and the location couldn't be better. It was clear that the owners had gone out of their way to make sure our stay was the best, and we will definitely be visiting again!
