This nicely furnished private home is ideal for people looking to enjoy outdoor living on their vacation. The totally private backyard is lush and features a heated saltwater pool and spa, where you can enjoy a swim and take in the gorgeous mountain views. The yard is nicely landscaped with Birds of Paradise, hibiscus, palm and citrus trees for you to enjoy. There's a great gas grill, so you can cook and eat outside.

On the nights you don't feel like cooking, the house is centrally located and just minutes away from fine restaurants and shopping. There are many fun things for you to do that are close by the house. This lovely home is convenient to golf courses and just minutes from the Riviera Spa Resort and Casino, and all the
best of downtown Palm Springs.

When you want to stay in, we have central air conditioning, premium DirectTV in the living room and in the three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, and a romantic fireplace that was just updated.

The master suite has sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard where there's a small deck with chairs for your morning coffee. There's also an outdoor shower in the back where you can rinse off before going back into the house.

The home is truly comfortable and quiet. It's great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
