It is the perfect mountain retreat offering clean, comfortable accommodations. Newly renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen will make cooking for the family easy. Enjoy your morning coffee or curl up with a book in front of the magnificent stone, wood burning fireplace.
This rustic 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence is fully equipped and well furnished. The Living Area includes a large and comfortable queen sleeper sofa and spacious seating. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king bed and newly renovated bathroom and the Guest Bedroom with a queen bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. All linens are provided and residence includes washer / dryer inside for convenience. Our residence offers a large, extended balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains and the town of Crested Butte.
In the lobby is a fully staffed front desk and common area including a large fireplace with seating to watch television, tables for board game playing, dry sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub for relaxation. On the third floor, just steps away from our residence, an outdoor hot tub awaits as well. Covered Parking, lighted tennis courts (only complex in Crested Butte!) and bus access to Base Area and Town are also part of our complex offerings.
Crested Butte is known as “The Last Great Colorado Ski Town” for the Victorian charm of the historic mining town and attracts devoted repeat visitors year round. This quaint town and resort offers more award winning restaurants per capita than any other town in Colorado for all types of cuisine and town shopping is very enjoyable with breathtaking scenic views in every direction.

Excellent residence only steps from the slopes. Clean and well furnished rental will meet/exceed your expectations. We have rented the last two Christmas Holidays as our ski location in Crested Butte. Love the town with numerous restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this location as the town shuttle stops at The Plaza.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great Location, easy parking, hot tub on same floor, kitchen stocked, beds and linens great quality, i was very pleased when we arrived, felt like i was walking into a friends place, very comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

the view from the living room is wonderful. the master bed very comfortable. though an older building this condo has many upgrades, feels new and contemporary . the steam room in the building was great! the entrance and lobby is much like a hotel which includes an elevator and covered parking. the owner was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful i have been coming to crested butte for 28 years, it is my favorite colorado vacation area. the gothic area is amazing for hiking . in the past i have rented from property management companies. those properties don't compare to the quality of plaza condo. it is the difference between a "rental" and someone's "home".

This unit is on the third floor, just steps from the outdoor hot tub. The location is perfect for skiers. It is a short walk to the lifts and rental stores. Scott was very helpful in answering all of our questions about the condominium and Crested Butte in general. We would choose this property again when we go to Crested Butte.

Scott's rentals are always extremely clean and organized. We had a wonderful time. The only possible downside would be the construction that was going on at the Plaza Condos on the 3rd floor, but it didn't really affect our stay too much at all. We had a wonderful time, and the condo was large enough for us and our 2 children. Thank you!

This condo is real nice, clean with comfortable beds and a great location. New Remodel and interior decoration is nice. The Luggage carts in the lobby make getting baggage for our family of 5 to the condo a breeze. We stayed here spring 2010 and the covered parking was nice since it snowed 3 nights. The kitchen is well appointed and was great to cook in. Location is among the best with a very short walk to the ski lifts, we even came back for lunch. Firewood stocked on the deck made it easy to keep the fire in the fireplace burning. We like Crested Butte and have been skiing here for many years and also love the summer trails and wildflowers. We would recommend this property to friends and others. Scott is a helpful host and he made renting his place enjoyable. A Great Vacation Spot.
