Casa Alejandra is a unique, traditional Mexican-style house in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is only a couple of minutes walking distance to the Malecon, the beach and Old Town’s shops, bars, restaurants & galleries and still gives you the feeling of being away from the tourist zones. All the ingredients for the atmosphere of retreat you are looking for your vacations!
The house offers the ideal space for large groups. Its open design, high ceilings and indoor patio let the natural day light come into the rooms. The floor plan makes an ideal setting for casual living, where you can enjoy sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas, the call of church bells, warm breezes by day and spectacular sunsets each evening.
Casa Alexandra Has a Total of 8 Bedrooms But Can Be Rented to You with Fewer Bedrooms ,for a Lower Price, when Necessary. All rooms have ceiling fans and all bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. Maid service is included 3 times a week - tips not included in the rent! The house is designed as follows:
• 1st floor – garage , main entrance, 3 bedrooms all opening to the indoor patio
• 2nd floor – bar area, large dining room, living room with cable television & wood chimney, large folding wooden doors to balcony looking to the cobblestone street, office space, fully- equipped kitchen (bottled water included), 4 bedrooms (3 with private balcony & ocean view)
• 3rd floor – laundry room with washer & dryer, full bathroom, rooftop terrace with pool & lounge chairs looking over the panoramic bay & city view, tile-roof bar area with BBQ grill, tile-roof deck with hammock, table & chairs.
SUITABLE FOR YOUR EVENT: The casa also offers a relaxed and intimate setting for art workshops, small weddings and other special events.
