The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and a TV. The living room is furnished with a reclining futon which can substitute as a bed, a TV and a DVD player. The unit is equipped with new bed linens, towels, dishes, glasses and other amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
A large deck provides a partial view of the gulf and beautiful sunsets and is great for sunbathing or just relaxing with a book. Being just a few blocks from the public pier and Times Square and within walking distance to shopping, dining, churches, recreation and the library it is an ideal vacation spot.
Off street parking is available with this unit. Primary renter must be 24 years old.
