Completed in 2005, this is a home where a guest might wonder if this was a fine restoration of an old plantation manager's home or a new construction designed in this charming, historic style.

The floor plan is organized in a classic, single-loaded room layout, centered in the "Great Room" with an open kitchen and breakfast nook for easy communication. Directly off the living area is a large covered lanai with its own fireplace.

The Master suite has a Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub and resting area. The second suite comes with a King bed and full bathroom.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and complete bathroom. The gym includes an elliptical machine and free weights.

This home is perfect for the laid back lifestyle of one visiting the island of Lanai.
