Villa Osa Pacifica is set 100 meters above the Pacific Ocean, capturing cool tropical breezes. Views from the villa have been described as the "most beautiful in all of Costa Rica". The third floor open air mirador offers 360 degree vistas, where guests watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets, birds flying at eye level and monkeys feasting on the fruit and flowers of nearby trees. Numerous animals have been observed on the property, including all four species of monkeys in Costa Rica, anteaters, sloth, ocelot, puma and jaguar. This is truly a nature lover's paradise and photographer's dream.
The artistic design of the villa was championed by a well-known Costa Rican architect and took nearly three years to complete, mostly by hand. Built on the concept of Egyptian triangles, a series of points meet to create a unique star pattern and circular design. It is powered by a powerful solar system with backup generator. The materials and the construction techniques used created an environmentally green structure that blends perfectly with the surrounding area. A private gated entrance is the only clue to the Villa's existence.
Villa amenities include a beautiful oceanview double-tiered, infinity pool, private beach access, large kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator and freezer, laundry room with new washer and dryer, three luxurious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with an additional hot-water shower outside for use after beach and pool. The oceanview master suite features a king-size canopied bed, spacious sitting area, private balcony, private bath and walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms offer queen and double and/or 2 twin beds. Villa Osa Pacifica can sleep up to seven people. The Villa is completely furnished with china, cooking utensils, multiple sets of quality Egyptian cotton linens, bath and beach towels. Charter flights directly to Carate airstrip can be arranged.
