During the summer the ski trail becomes a hiking trail with easy access to town and the mountain activities.

Enjoy the full kitchen with wonderful granite countertops, high quality cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Solid alder doors and recessed lighting make this a place to truly relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking. The bathrooms have both been fully updated with the master bath having a luxury custom tiled walk-in shower.
Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Four O'Clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down from the unit. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine hiking trail. Quiet nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area for enjoying nature and wildlife on the deck.

Breckenridge Main Street with all its shops and restaurants is just a short three and one-half blocks away. The free shuttle drives by as well where you can take in the variety of great restaurants, superb shopping, and some of the best night life of any ski town in North America.

Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the Condo. Covered parking is also included which is so important in the winter! This is a non-smoking and pet free property.

- Ski-Out: True ski-out onto the 4 o'clock Ski run and down to either the Snowflake Lift or down to the new Gondola. Together, these lifts will allow you to quickly reach Peak 9, Peak 8 and Peak 7!!!

We love the amenities that the Town of Breckenridge offers while maintaining the small town qualities that make it memorable. The location and the skiing is also wonderful and in the summer it transforms into a hiking and biking extravaganza.
