Ski the morning, come home for lunch and go back out for the afternoon. 1st level location means no lugging equipment up and down stairs each day. During the summer the ski trail becomes a hiking trail with easy access to town and the mountain activities.
Large open living area with a stunning natural stone fireplace, natural slate stone, hand scraped hardwood floors and large flat screen TV and DVD collection… relax in comfort. Enjoy the full kitchen with wonderful granite countertops, high quality cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Solid alder doors and recessed lighting make this a place to truly relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking. The bathrooms have both been fully updated with the master bath having a luxury custom tiled walk-in shower.
Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Four O'Clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down from the unit. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine hiking trail. Quiet nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area for enjoying nature and wildlife on the deck.

Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Wireless access provided. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the Condo. Covered parking is also included which is so important in the winter! This is a non-smoking and pet free property.

We love the amenities that the Town of Breckenridge offers while maintaining the small town atmosphere that make it memorable. The location and the skiing is also wonderful and in the summer it transforms into a hiking and biking extravaganza. If you are lucky, you can watch the moose in meadow out back.

We stayed in the condo for 7 nights the first week in August. It was simply fantastic! When we arrived, everything looked to be even better than the photos and everything was spotless! All of the upgrades were wonderful! We found the beds, sofa's, etc. all to be very comfortable. The welcome basket was such a nice treat! We came in August to get away from the terrible Texas heat & we couldn't have been happier! It was fabulous to have the ski mountain right outside the back door. It gave us many happy mornings hiking with our 7 year old daughter! When in Breckenridge, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great condo! Everything was exactly as desribed in the property description and photos. Very clean with great amenities. We've enjoyed skiing in Breckenridge for many years but have recently discovered the beatuy of summers in Breck as well. The condo is in a great location to take advantage of the summer activities. Lots of good hiking trails within walking distance, easy access to the Peak 8 activities, close to town and great views from the back deck. We can certainly see why this would be a great condo for ski season too. Would definitely reccommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We went in search of a true ski in/out condo and came across this one. We couldn't have done any better in our opinion! We walked out the back sliding door and popped on our skis/snowboard and down the run we went. This unit gave us the ability to ski home for lunch and save some $. As for the comfort and decor of the unit, it rates a perfect 10!!! Each room is tastefully decorated with detail given to every aspect. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, utensils, measuring cups, etc that we needed to cook meals with. I very much enjoyed the kitchen! The counter height dining table was great because we could enjoy the view of the fireplace, and back deck as well while enjoying our meals. The "welcome basket" was a pleasant surprise! Such a treat! :-) We will remember this unit for our future trips and recommend this unit to anyone who is planning a trip to Breckenridge! This unit is so conveniently located to the village it took about 3 minutes to drive down to the parking lot located in the center of the village! Everything in the descriptions of this unit on VRBO is correct and the photos are exactly as the unit appears! The advise that the owner gave in regards to renting gear from the shop at Tyra was good advice as I did compare them to another store. Again, the convenience was an added bonus! They even allowed us to turn in a boot on a day we wanted a break from skiing and they didn't count that as a rental date! Super nice! Can't wait to go back!

We really had a fabulous vacation. The skiing, dog sledding, food, and friendly people made this one of our best family vacations. Your home is beautiful. After a fun filled day on the slopes, it was a great place to come back to and relax. It is a true ski in ski out location! We loved the movie selection and all the other well thought out comforts of home. On several occasions, we were visited by a curious fox who we named Todd. The only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. Next time we'll know better :-)

The perfect place to stay! Everything was just beautiful. We had everything we needed plus more. The welcome basket was such a nice touch. Our entire family enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely recommend this place to all of our friends!

Highly recommended! Top notch remodeled unit located ground level on 4 O'clock run. Just walk out the back door and you’re on the run down to the chair lift. I can't imagine a better unit in the building. Nice club house with indoor pool, hot tub and private outdoor hot tub.
