We loved staying at this condo, it was exactly as described and what we wanted! Best was the convenience of a true ski in/ski out unit! Since a first floor, we could enter and exit from our deck, eat lunch and not have to worry about parking on ski days. Quieter than staying in town or near the Village and still so convenient to drive into town and park when we wanted. Everything in the unit was clean and very well appointed, loved the kitchen, had all the extras needed to cook with! Our boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Breckenridge was perfect location to drive to Frisco, Dillon and Vail. Breck had many nice places to shop and eat. We recommend Mi Casa, Fatty's and Moe's BBQ! Hope to come back again! Mountains and skiing were great for spring and loved our Tyra Summit unit. All the comforts of home and then some! Owner is quick to answer any questions, highly recommend! Our group of five (two sets of parents and one college student) stayed here over Spring Break. Over the years we've rented many winter ski condos and summer lake houses and this was the BEST ever! This property is an extremely convenient and well-equipped ski-in/ski-out property. You literally walk out a sliding glass door, take 10 steps across a deck and down 3 or 4 steps, and you're ON Four O'Clock ski run, which takes you down to a chairlift. Can't get more convenient than that! Owner provided tons of helpful information and recommendations and even a welcome basket of goodies!! Entire unit is beautifully decorated and living area with fireplace is very spacious. Kitchen looks like a magazine cover and has everything you could possibly need for food prep and full meals (including a crock pot). Over our 30 years of staying in rented condos/houses we have never had a better equipped kitchen! Bedrooms and bathrooms are sufficiently sized with closets and dressers. Owners provide lots of thoughtful extras that we appreciated... like a laundry basket and plenty of hangers in the closet, plenty of towels, a makeup mirror, bathroom air freshener spray, tons of DVD movies and extra dish washing supplies and paper towels, (We've stayed in our share of places that provided a tiny bottle of dish detergent and 2 rolls of toilet paper so we noticed and very much appreciated all these extras!) Owner was also very easy to work with via VRBO. Will DEFINITELY try to book this unit again in the future and will recommend to others looking for Breckenridge ski property to rent... that is unless we want the same dates!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The ski-in/ski-out location was great....easy to find off the slopes! Beautiful condo nestled in the mountains - beautiful inside and out! Everything inside the condo was inpeccable! Clean-clean-clean....need I say more? Beautifully decorated and made us all feel right at home. Also, the underground parking was a dream and the location was perfect - close to everything! You better book soon, cause this condo is on our list for our return trip!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Had a great stay - apartment right on the slopes. Ideal for ski in&out. Apartment is modern, well decorated with a fairly spacious living room. Kitchen had plenty of utensils,plates etc to host and entertain any number of friends for dinner. Skiing straight out and back from the balcony/living room was definitely a treat.Recommended for: Families with young children

We had an amazing time in this beautiful and comfortable condo. It had many aspects that felt like "home" from extra blankets, nightlights, and washer/dryer, to extra paper towels and a gift basket of goodies for us when we arrived. Spaciously arranged open kitchen, living room, and dining area offered a great area for our family. We frequently had the patio door open to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and could sit and read (and saw deer) from the deck. Hiking trails right up the hill from the condo, swimming pool and hot tub on site, and downtown Breckenridge with all its quaint style just down the hill. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in the condo for 7 nights the first week in August. It was simply fantastic! When we arrived, everything looked to be even better than the photos and everything was spotless! All of the upgrades were wonderful! We found the beds, sofa's, etc. all to be very comfortable. The welcome basket was such a nice treat! We came in August to get away from the terrible Texas heat & we couldn't have been happier! It was fabulous to have the ski mountain right outside the back door. It gave us many happy mornings hiking with our 7 year old daughter! When in Breckenridge, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! This is a great condo! Everything was exactly as desribed in the property description and photos. Very clean with great amenities. We've enjoyed skiing in Breckenridge for many years but have recently discovered the beatuy of summers in Breck as well. The condo is in a great location to take advantage of the summer activities. Lots of good hiking trails within walking distance, easy access to the Peak 8 activities, close to town and great views from the back deck. We can certainly see why this would be a great condo for ski season too. Would definitely reccommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We went in search of a true ski in/out condo and came across this one. We couldn't have done any better in our opinion! We walked out the back sliding door and popped on our skis/snowboard and down the run we went. This unit gave us the ability to ski home for lunch and save some $. As for the comfort and decor of the unit, it rates a perfect 10!!! Each room is tastefully decorated with detail given to every aspect. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, utensils, measuring cups, etc that we needed to cook meals with. I very much enjoyed the kitchen! The counter height dining table was great because we could enjoy the view of the fireplace, and back deck as well while enjoying our meals. The "welcome basket" was a pleasant surprise! Such a treat! :-) We will remember this unit for our future trips and recommend this unit to anyone who is planning a trip to Breckenridge! This unit is so conveniently located to the village it took about 3 minutes to drive down to the parking lot located in the center of the village! Everything in the descriptions of this unit on VRBO is correct and the photos are exactly as the unit appears! The advise that the owner gave in regards to renting gear from the shop at Tyra was good advice as I did compare them to another store. Again, the convenience was an added bonus! They even allowed us to turn in a boot on a day we wanted a break from skiing and they didn't count that as a rental date! Super nice! We really had a fabulous vacation. The skiing, dog sledding, food, and friendly people made this one of our best family vacations. Your home is beautiful. After a fun filled day on the slopes, it was a great place to come back to and relax. It is a true ski in ski out location! We loved the movie selection and all the other well thought out comforts of home. On several occasions, we were visited by a curious fox who we named Todd. The perfect place to stay! Everything was just beautiful. We had everything we needed plus more. The welcome basket was such a nice touch. Highly recommended! Top notch remodeled unit located ground level on 4 O'clock run. Just walk out the back door and you’re on the run down to the chair lift.
