Charming one bedroom apartment located in Trendy inner city Sydney in the suburb of Paddington.
Only 10 minutes away from the world famous landmarks of Sydney including the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Whilst 10 minutes in the other direction takes you to Bondi Beach.
Whilst not visiting the famous sights of Sydney, relax in Paddington complete with cafes, boutique shopping and live entertainment.
Across the road is Centennial Park, a massive park of lakes and grass where Sydneysiders relax on the weekend. The Sydney Football Stadium, Fox Studios (entertainment quarter) and the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) are also basically across the road.
The apartment is located within a boutique 3 level block of apartments on the top floor. The apartment has recently been updated with new paint, new floors and a refreshed bathroom and kitchen.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower which is handy after a day of sightseeing or shopping. The bathroom was completely renovated in recent times.
A comfortable pad in Sydney close to all the sights with no need for a car!

Hello, Just wanted to let you know we made it home safely. We cleaned the condo from top to bottom, but apologize we didn't have time to leave a personal note. We adored your condo and really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to leave! Paddington is such a beautiful area--as is all of Sydney, and we hope to return so we can see more of the City.
