Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
When I decided to get a home in Florida I shoppped around from Miami to Jupiter and settled on Legacy Place because it is only a few minutes away from the sea and adjacent to an active center. If you don't care about the ocean once you get there you can forget your car and walk to the grocery stores and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The community is fairly new and has been very well maintained. Some people only come there on vacation but there are a lot of full timers who are very friendly and always full of good tips about the latest restaurants or stores.

Born in NY and raised mostly in France I practice law in both countries and try to enjoy the best of both. When I was a student I use to work for auction houses so the place is been furnished at auction and a work in progress which has to be improved and suggestions are welcome.
