Come and relax at our cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath home within a wonderful adult retirement community. Our 1400+ sq. ft open floor plan/ranch home sports a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Watch cable TV, catch a movie, or listen to your favorite tunes while relaxing on our leather sofa and chairs. The master bedroom suite includes a king sized bedroom set, reading area, TV with remote, ceiling fan, spacious bathroom and walk-in closet with organizers. Our second bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bedroom set and closet. The den accommodates two more sleepers with single Murphy beds and small closet space. Built-in shelving and desk also allow the den to be an office or work area. All linens are included. The small utility room includes cabinets w/washer and dryer. A garage door remote is included with the 2 car garage.
Read your favorite novel in our sunny and private backyard enjoy the beautiful landscaping, AZ wildlife, birds, a view of the fabulous Catalinas, electric BBQ, electric chimenea and 2-person spa. We are located on a quiet friendly street, about 1/2 mi from the main recreation area and golf course. One renter must be 45 yrs of age or older. NO SMOKING/NO PETS.
