Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath 3 story canal front home in quiet Ocean side Jolly Rogers Estates MM 28.5. Home features private heated pool and spa for relaxing after fishing or diving Looe Key area that's only miles away. Tropically decorated house has (2) bedrooms with queen beds, each has its own balcony and (1)bedroom with bunk beds. There is also (2) sleeper sofas. The deep water canal is just minutes from open water and full service Dolphin Marina including boat ramp(within the subdivsion).

The dock features picnic table, lounge chairs, fish cleaning table, shower and hammock between the coconut palms. Fish and snorkel from the dock in the crystal clear water or relax in the pool. Home has full kitchen, dining room and family rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is also a large screened balcony with a dining area and sitting area. A bait freezer is aval. for the fisherman. Minutes from Winn Dixie, CVS and many great restaurants. World famous Little Palm Island is just a short ferry ride away for 5 star dining. The house is 28.5 miles from Key West and 5 miles from Bahia Honda State Park's top rated beaches. The Key Deer National Wildlife Preserve is next door on Big Pine Key. Bicycles and a kayak included.   • Just wanted to say that our stay in your home was absolutely perfect. The home had everything we could have wanted and needed and then some. From the kayak to the balcony, beautiful dock to the expansive palms, every corner of this property was a little piece of heaven in the "Keys." Our expectations were definately exceded and we can't wait to return. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. (Don't forget the perfect sunset's from the bedroom balcony - the best!

  • I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beautiful house on the water and enjoys fishing or just relaxing around the pool and hot tub. This is my second time renting this house and I will for sure be back. We had 2 boats on this last trip and there was plenty of room on the dock for both. We had a party of six and there was plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the trip tremendisly. The fishing was great and the sunsets were even better. Thanks again and I look forward to going back to your house.

  • Great House! Lots of room to come together or individual spaces for quiet times. Luv Little Torch Key! Close enough for cab ride to Key West party scene, and still back country quiet. BUT, most of all accessability to Marina to put in and gas up minutes from the house dock and also straight shoot run out to open water. Looe Key is stunning underwater beauty. That was my favorite spot, but even the Coral Heads in closer were outstanding! Unbeatable spot for any outdoorsman. Can't wait to come back again!

  • There were NO complaints what so ever in staying in your home. The perfect set up!!!!! The beds and pillows were so incredibly comfortable which is wonderful to have on vacation. The entire home was so comfortable! There was easy access to the grocery store and a straight shot into Key West. Looking forward to visiting again!!!!

  • We stayed here from 26 December 2008 for one week and had the most wonderful time. The weather was beautiful so we were able to make full use of the dock, the pool & hot tub. My son especially loved being able to fish from the dock. We used the BBQ a few times during the week instead of going out, having drinks and playing cards, it was just so relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed by all and would love to go back.

  • We arrived on Little Torch to find your place absolutely immaculate. Loved the setting among the beautiful palm trees. We all spent a majority of our time out side either on the screened porch, in the pool, or on the dock fishing. Great location too! Convenient to both Key West and the northern areas. This place had everything you could possibly need including beach towels. Can't wait to rent again SOON.

    Thank you for renting your beautiful piece of paradise to us. We had the absolute best time! From lounging by the pool, fishing off the dock to snorkeling the great patch reefs. We found "Picnic Island"...had so much fun there exploring---heaven is anywhere where you can look up and see frigate birds!!
