This 3 level home was built in 2006 and sits at the end of a cul de sac. It is surrounded by national forest and is considered ski in /ski out to the Breckenridge Ski Area. You can also walk out the front door and put on your snow shoes or cross country ski’s and enjoy the trails that surround the house. It is about a mile to Main Street Breckenridge.
As you walk through the large entry way the house opens up into the living room, kitchen and dining room. This level has walnut floors and the entire house has in-floor radiant heating. On this level, there is also a queen bedroom with sliding glass doors that open onto a deck. A full bath is also on this level.
The large kitchen looks out into the living room and dining room. Great for entertaining. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliance’s and granite countertops. The island around the kitchen seats five. The dining room table has seating for eight, plus there is a breakfast table that seats six. The living room has a fireplace and a large flat screen TV, DVD equipped with surround sound. French doors in the living room open up to the wrap around deck. There is seating on all decks and a grill. Perfect for Après ski.
Going upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with a private bath. The master suite is also on this level. There is a king bed, sitting area in front of the fireplace, walk in closet, French doors that open to a private deck and a large master suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi for two, walk in shower for two with spraying tiles, two sinks and granite countertops.
On the bottom level, there is another bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed.
