Hello,
We are a two income couple who often travel with 4 or more young people (our children and their friends).
We bought this property for our own personal use. We don't have as much vacation as we would like to have, and we also like to travel to other destinations, so we rent out our wonderful home.
Why the Owner Chose Palmira
We rented in this area for 10 years before buying. We like the warm and sunny winters, the nature, and convenience to beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, entertainment and culture.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This is a spacious, open, breathtaking home. The Oakmont floorplan is very popular for the his/hers master bath (two toilets). I also like the den. We have a corner lot on two quiet streets with a wide lake view. The northern exposure gives us sun on the pool but we never have sun or reflection coming through the the sliding doors.
