This Large one bedroom condominium (~750 SF) is located on the first floor of the building. The condo is all on one level. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed, solid quality hardwood furniture, large dual closets, wall mounted 40' HDTV, and mountain views. There are comfortable twin and queen futons in the livingroom which has a new 48' HD 'smart' TV for Netflix and Pandora. The floors are newer oak (with oriental area rugs) and slate in the kitchen and entry.
The dining room has seating for six. The kitchen with plentiful cabinet and counter space is very well stocked. There are newer appliances. There is high speed WiFI internet assess in the condo. An iron with board and hair dryer are provided. Privately keyed ski lockers are located just outside each condominium unit.
Recently purchased items include: 32 piece hand painted Italian dining set, 7 piece pasta set, foam insulated draperies, new sheets, pillows, towels, duvet covers and bed comforter set. The covered patio and bedroom have excellent views of Emerald Mountain and Howelsen Hill ski area. The outdoor heated swimming pool and two hot tubs have recently been refurbished. The gated pool/spa area with adjoining bathrooms have unabstructed views of Emerald Mountain, and a partial view of the Steamboat Ski Area..
The complex has 4 condominium buildings. There is a new central laundry facility. THE FREE CITY SHUTTLE BUS STOPS AT THE PROPERTY(every 20 minutes at peak WINTER hours). This property is in a quiet exclusive neighborhood within walking distance of the ski slopes and restaurants.

Well equipped and comfortable. Nice location. Owner very accommodating. 7 year old loved the futon chair.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We enjoy this condo for many reasons but mostly because of the location. You can walk to gondola or the bus stop is right there. The condo is spacious with room to entertain. The sun is on the balcony In the afternoon. There is a new flat screen TV in living room & bedroom. Lots of closet space. We have stayed there the last three years and enjoyed our time in Steamboat.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

We booked last minute and didn't know the area. We came with 2 boys 8yrs & 12yrs and the accommodation was perfect. Although only one bedroom, the two futons made comfy sleeping for the boys and as we were skiing all day we were all ready for bed early! The kitchen was small but fabulously equipped - as I like to cook and the breakfast bar area and dining area were right size for us. We enjoyed warming up with hot chocolate in front of the fire! We were too tired for the hot tub or pool so didn't even check them out! Played scrabble instead! Skiing was wonderful, we could walk/bus everywhere.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

We have created a warm and comfortable environment. The top building location and being on the first floor are unique benifits. My Condominium has a fully stocked kitchen which is especially nice for long term guests. The living and dining rooms have high ceilings adding to the open spacious floor plan.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location of the Rockies is fabulous. It's quiet yet accessible. The shuttle bus is very convenient to go skiing or downtown. The large pool and 2 hot tubs are wonderful amenities of this uncrowded 4 acre complex.
