This Large one bedroom condo is great for a couple or family. It has comfortable twin and queen futons in the livingroom. The floors are beautiful oak with oriental area rugs, and slate in the kitchen and entry. There are cable televisions with DVD/VCR's in both the livingroom and bedroom. The spacious bedroom with a king size bed has top quality solid hardwood furniture, new bedding and curtains, large double paine picture window, and dual closets.
The dining room has seating for six. The kitchen with plentiful cabinet and counter space is well stocked. There are a newer microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. A high speed internet access cable is next to the telephone. An iron/board and hair dryer are provided. Privately keyed ski lockers are located just outside each condominium unit.
Recently purchased items include: 32 piece hand painted Italian dining set, 7 piece pasta set, foam insulated draperies, new sheets, pillows, towels, duvet covers and bed comforter set. The covered patio has great views of Emerald Mountain and Howelsen Hill ski area and is furnished with four new wrought iron chairs and a table. The outdoor year around heated swimming pool and two hot tubs have just been refurbished. This is a GREAT amenity with adjoining bathrooms providing bath towels.
The complex with 4 separate buildings on manicured and treed grounds has a centrally located amenity building (club house)with a guest lounge, meeting room, high speed internet computer, and fax service at the front desk (guest services). In the winter there is a complimentary coffee bar. The free city shuttle bus stops at the property(every 20 minutes at peak hours)for transportation to the ski area and downtown Steamboat Springs. Free private shuttle service is also available through the front desk at the amenity building which also has a changing room and luggage storage for early check in or late check out. On site check in/out is a convenient service from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. This property is in a fabulous quiet neighborhood adjoining million dollar residences, and is within walking distance of the ski slopes.
