Accessed via a meandering paved private road, this is one of the most spectacular and secluded settings on the Mendocino Coast.

DragonMist Estate provides the perfect accommodations for weekend getaways and vacations for couples and families, larger gatherings and groups, as well as special occasions and celebrations.

Banks of large picture windows, sliders and extensive wrap around decks, provide constant 180 degree visions of ocean, forest and gardens with dramatic white-water ocean views from every room.

The Private Guest House has its own private covered entrance and a separate, dedicated parking area. The Guest House has one private bedroom with a king bed, full bath and whirlpool/spa, a loft with 2 queen beds and half bath, full kitchen, entertainment center (including big-screen TV, satellite, DVD, VCR), wood-burning fireplace and sleeps up to 6. Immediately outside the Guest House sliders is the 8-person ocean view whirlpool spa. Spectacular meadow, forest and ocean views delight from both floors with 16 foot hight windows and sliders.

With a Guest House rental, guests also have use of the Recreation Suite accessed by a covered entryway. This fun-filled 1,100 square foot Recreation Suite has ping pong, pool, foosball, chess table, piano, big-screen HD TV with surround-sound, DVD, VCR, and many other games. Finally, the guests have access to all outdoor activities on the estate, including whirlpool spa, custom-designed firepit, propane BBQ, trampoline tree swing, basketball, horseshoes, bocce ball, hammock, rocking chairs, multiple patio tables and chairs, ocean-view benches and many beautiful walks and trails through meadows and forests.

The Main House has a spectacular viewing great room, 10-person seating dining room and gourmet kitchen and sunken view area. The Main House has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 whirlpool spas, 3 fireplaces and sleeps 8 to 13. The Main House provides incredible privacy and serves as a venue for large gatherings with ample parking, as well as intimate occasions.

The Home is perfect for small and large gatherings, and is very family and baby friendly.

The rolling hills of the property have numerous walking paths, quiet meadows with benches, intimate forests and truly amazing white-water and blue-water ocean views.
