The three-story home features Seaside Chic furnishings, hard wood floors, a palm leaved chandelier, bamboo blinds nestled into a lush, intimate beach community. Inside, the overall theme is "Multiples" as there are multiple master suites, multiple TV's, multiple DVD's multiple baths and more.
Accommodating 16 people comfortably, this approximately 3900 square foot home offers all the features and amenities expected in a luxury beach home. The dining area seats eight comfortably. The dining ambiance is enhanced by four large framed prints of tropical fish, and glass doors leading out to a balcony.
Outside the heated, partially protected 18’ x 8’ pool, lounge area with table and chairs, and a gas BBQ are standing by to offer your group or family more fun and relaxation. The beautiful tropical plantings add a feeling of tranquility to the setting.
Just a block away Hilton Head's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in less than 5 minutes and in season, chauffeured to the beach via the community's golf cart service. Please inquire about the seasonality of this service.
The community of Singleton by the Beach is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from anything on the Island in either direction.
