This comfortable and inviting home, with its open floor plan, will have you wanting to come back again and again at every time of year.
This spacious home has three living floors. The main floor has an open beam ceiling formal living room with gas fireplace and lake view, a separate formal dining room, a family room with large screen TV, large gourmet kitchen and a circular breakfast nook. The upstairs has a lofted landing leading to three bedrooms: the oversized master has a lake view, CA King bed, spacious bathroom with jetted tub, and an attached office; the other two suite bedrooms include private baths. The bottom floor boasts an oversized private guest-bedroom suite with a queen bed.
One of the highlights of this property is the outside garden. There are 3 separate landscaped areas including a large 2 level-circular deck with a round hot tub, natural gas BBQ, rock waterfall, and garden pathways. The gardens have views of Lake Tahoe yet are private because of the many mature trees and foliage.

Year Purchased: 1994
We have lived in the Tahoe area for more than 30 years. We have raised our 2 daughters here: one is now in college and one still in Middle school. We appreciate the lifestyle that the North Tahoe community affords, taking advantage of the outdoors and the friendly people. We started our business here 20 yrs ago, based it in Incline Village with 4 retail clothing stores in the Tahoe area and 8 more stores in the western states. We love living in the Tahoe area and are quite familiar with any information you would request.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This has been our family home for more than 13 years. It is a wonderful spot at Lake Tahoe, in a quiet and secluded neighborhood, yet centrally located to make communities easy to access. The house has a welcoming and peaceful energy. The lot is flat, making the outside decks and property easy to access. The gardens are inviting with little pathways to explore and a little rock waterfall on the main deck. It is a favorite spot in the world of Lake Tahoe.
