Gulfcrest condominium is one of the nicest new units on the beach. This condo has 34x10 ft. Balcony, 9ft. Ceilings, and is professionally decorated with a platinum rating. This condo has 1388 sq. Ft. Of heated area with all large rooms. There is only 7 units per floor and 150 units in the complex. There is plenty of beach, very deep and long (298ft); with this number of units the beach or pools are never over crowded. The view from the condo is east and west for miles. We are located on surf drive which is off Thomas Drive making the complex private.
