The living/kitchen and dining areas are open plan. There is a Gas BBQ for your enjoyment. The home and fully enclosed yard is suitable for pets. The 2 car garage is attached for easy access.
It comfortably accommodates 2-3 people The kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with granite counter tops. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar. Take a nice break in the heated community pool and the Jacuzzi, within a minute's walk from the property.
