  I went there with my children and in laws and the apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is big and comfortable. Decor is a bit out dated but everything was very clean and as offered. They even put shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, which I thought was a nice touch. We would go back any time. Great location!!

  We rented this apartment over Passover and were very happy with it. The apartment came cleaned and looked exactly like the pictures. We were only 4 adults + an infant (we used one of the rooms as storage for our bags), there was a portacrib with a mattress which was very convenient. The living room is spacious and comfortable as well as the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 smaller ones and 1 master bedroom, the master bedroom has a full bed and it's own bathroom and walk in closet. The other 2 rooms have a bathroom of their own and each one of the rooms has 2 separate beds. Both bathrooms were new and clean. In the living room there is a nice sized balcony with 2 chairs. The building complex has a common swimming pool, tennis courts and small gym. Overall is was a very pleasant vacation and we were happy with the apartment.

  The apartment was outstanding in every way. We had everything that we could have possibly wanted and many things that we would not have thought to ask for. The owners are gracious, professional and welcoming. The location was perfect as were the amenities on the property (pool, tennis courts, playground). I have already recommended this apartment to numerous people including our limo driver to the airport who was extremely interested on behalf of many of his clients who seem to be searching for such places to stay. We hope we have the opportunity to stay in this apartment again.

  We stayed in this unit in December 2012, and this is the second time we enjoy this apartment. I could not recommend it more. I have stayed at many different vacation properties throughout the US, and this is one of my favorites. The unit is clean, well appointed, the bed linens and towels are new, all the appliances are clean and work well. The proprietors are very responsive and uncomplicated people who really care about the apartment and particularly about making sure the renters are satisfied and having a worry free vacation. The condominium pool is large and clean, and the unit offers tennis rackets and balls. The location of the Yacht Club is great, very close to the Aventura Mall, and in front of a jogging trail that is a real treat for runners and walkers. Also close to Sunny Isles beach. If you are looking for a place to stay in Aventura, or just in the Miami area,this is a lovely residential community. Look no further!

  My family of five stayed at The Yacht Club from 9/15/2012 to 9/22/2012 and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the 3/3 unit. The complex was secure with well maintained, lush grounds and in an upscale area. There are tennis courts a few steps away from the unit. The unit was quite modern, clean and comfortable- it felt brand new and actually appears much larger and brighter in person than what the online images portray. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home and also had a bar like seating area and a large kitchen table- we all cooked and ate comfortably for breakfast and a few dinners. The overall renting process was simple and straightforward and our questions were answered quickly and in a very courteous and professional manner. The owners, Mario and Marcela were very polite, professional and most of all accommodating. The spent a great deal of time at the pool area which was quite large with ample tables to sit or chaise lounge chairs to lay out in the sun. The grilling area was a bonus and very convenient. The hot tub was very large and nice, too. There are many activities around the immediate area such as Sunny Isles Beach and the Aventura Mall area. We enjoyed the restaurant Barrio Latino, which was about a five minute drive from The Yacht Club. We would absolutely recommend renting this unit to friends and relatives.

  Mario e Marcela, como falei para voces nos sentimos em casa no seu apartamento.Como costumamos ficar na regiao de Aventura por anos busquei um apartamento nesta regiao que acomodasse 7 adultos, encontramos este apartamento que e exatamente o que mostra no site. Limpo,equipado, localizacao maravilhosa, atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades.Espero que nas nossas proximas viagens a Miami ele esteja disponivel.Recomendo.

  The listing description was exactly the regarding loaction and the listing photos reflected the rental´s appearence and amenities. The property was very cleaned and well maintained. Both owners ere very kind and helpful. I´d recommended the property.

  Exactly as described at Homeaway.com we enjoyed our vacation in this very clean and well equipped apartment. Mario was at all times very friendly and helpful. The Yacht club is a nice and well kept community, we even recommended it to our friends who enjoyed as well. Our children and us had a really great and fun time in this apartment !! We plan to come back :) Thank you !

  This apartment is nice located -10 min to Aventura Mall and 15-20 min to all the mayor Beaches by car-. The condo is really well kept and clean, it has a pool in case you don't want to go to the beach and the owners are really charming. I totally recommend this place if you want to be near everything.
