.The Yacht club at Aventure is located in the most quiet esidential area, adjacent to North Miami Beach to the south and Hollywood beach to the north Right outside the residence is the 3 mile jogging trail around Turnberry golf course. Aventura Mall (one of the nicest in south Florida) is just around the corner. The Yacht club condominium is also close to the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, Sunny isles beaches, restaurants and much more.
DESCRIPTION:
Beautiful unit, nicely furnished, contemporary style. 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 FULL BATHROOMS , Queen bed in Master bedroom and two twin beds in each room, one bed has an extra mattress underneath. Kitchen has been fully renovated, new appliances! Laundry inside apartment.
Unit is fully furnished for seven people, towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, two 42" Plasma TV with home theater in the living area , 1 more flat 32" screen tv in the second room, Directv, free WI FI internet, free local calls telephone, Balcony garden view, umbrella and 2 chairs available to carry to the beach. Walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & Aventura Mall . Free internet, printer, and fax machine available in business center.
CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one time cleaning fee of $80 / $100.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We require a $ 300 /$500 /$1000 security deposit due at reservation and refundable at time of check out.
RENTAL PAYMENTS:
Total payment in cash is due on day of arrival.
NON SMOKING APARTMENT:
This is a non smoking apartment.
CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All cancellations must be in writing and you may lose your security deposit if we cannot rerent the apartment for the days that were reserved.
CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4PM and time of Check-out is at 12 PM.
But we can be flexible if we do not have another renter coming.

We decided to buy this apartment at The Yacht Club at Aventura first of all because of the many amenities as described. Additionally, we liked the central location of the apartment.
The beach,shopping and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive. Even South Beach and Fort Lauderdale as well as many local attractions are easy to get to.

This apartment is ideal for both the leisure and business traveler.The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds and very good showers.To stay conected free wireless internet service is available. For rest and relaxation, the pool is only steps away.

I'm Mario Gerszuny, with my family we came from Argentina in 2003 and this apartment at The Yacht Club at Aventura was our first home in the US. During the four year we lived there, we especially enjoyed the amenities and beautifully landscaped grounds.
We spent many a sunny days at the pool, played tennis even at night, had family barbeques and sat out on the deck and fished and watched the boats go by on the canal.Now we moved to another bigger apartment but are still nearby. We are always available to assist our guests. We will be happy to help you in planning your stay and can speak both Spanish and English.

This apartment is nice located -10 min to Aventura Mall and 15-20 min to all the mayor Beaches by car-. The condo is really well kept and clean, it has a pool in case you don't want to go to the beach and the owners are really charming. I totally recommend this place if you want to be near everything.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aventura Yacht club condo. It’s very spacious, clean and well maintained. It’s completely furnished and had everything we needed. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The Yacht Club is conveniently located by the Aventura mall and lots of great restaurants! The area is very safe and quiet. We had a great time and a wonderful vacation!

This was our first time booking via VRBO and we fully enjoyed our stay at Marcela and Mario’s condo. Marcela answered all our questions prior to our arrival. We felt right at home at the spacious and clean condo. The gated community made us feel safe. We fully enjoyed the pool and the tennis court at the Yacht Club. The location was great for visiting Miami or driving to Boca Raton. I would recommend this location for visitors with cars. Also – great shopping and dining at the Aventura Mall that is even within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Miami area next time.

Seven of us stayed in this Aventura condo and we all loved it. It was our first experience in booking a VRBO home and we were very nervous in doing so, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The 3 bedroom Condo was a great place to stay, Very clean and comfortable. Everything is around you, you have the beach, grocery stores, Aventura Mall, hair and nail salon, movie theater, 3 mile walk or run, gated with security guards,Thank you Mario and Marcela for letting us stay at your condo. We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo. The home was perfect for the 5 adults staying there. Very clean with updated appliances and furniture. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and the dock to the Marina had some nice views. Aventura Mall was very close. Ft Lauderdale, South Beach and Miami were all a short drive away. The golf courses around the condo were plentiful and beautiful. Highly recommended stay. Marcela and Mario are very gracious hosts.
