This lovely home has a private heated swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms plus a den and formal dining area for eight. This home has lovely furnishings, walk in closets, marble master bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi tub, and elegant interior.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor, and has sliding doors that open into the pool and lanai. The living room and breakfast room also have sliders that open onto the lanai and pool area.
There are two other two bedrooms that are on the 2nd floor "loft" that is accessible by a grand staircase that arrives on the 2nd story loft that features its own den/ sitting and sitting area that separate the two bedrooms.
This house could best be described as informally elegant, cozy, comfortable, spacious, light and bright, and still has that new house smell!
This vacation rental is available year round. It is ONLY available on a monthly basis as a minimum rental. A discount accommodation will be provided for a stay of 3 months or longer.
Bay Isles is the most exclusive and private location in Longboat Key-- it is an island on the Sarasota Bay side of Longboat Key, and is the home to the prestigious Longboat Key Club and Resort, Moorings Marina, and Harbourside Golf Club featuring an 18 hole private golf course which occupies half of Bay Isles-- in which there are several sub-divisions which back to the golf course. Bay Isles is a gated community with a 24 hr. guard on duty. It is located on the Gulf of Mexico Drive and Bay Isles Parkway with the only shopping center in Longboat Key conveniently right outside the gated entrance-- with a Publix Market, Eckard Drugs, a Shell gas station, and numerous little boutiques and restaurants such as Key Cleaners & Linen Service; Coast Bank; The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy; The UPS Store Blue; Dolphin Cafe; Wagner Realty; Maureen's Palm Grille; The Little Salon; Aposporos & Son; The Education Center; Centre Shops; Family Practice & Urgent Care.
