Why the Owner Chose Desert Hot Springs
We chose our house in the Skyborne Community of Desert Hotsprings for the following reasons:
1) Brand new community with resort atmosphere. Fantastic Pools & Spas, showers, picnic areas etc.
2) Excellent location - tons of golf courses and within 10 minutes shopping, gambling and
anything you could want to do is close by.
3) Our community is at the high point in the desert valley. You have amazing views from any
location.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is about 2,000 square feet and is on a large corner lot. What is unique to this house is that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The house is professionally decorated and lanscaped in desert design. There is a dining area in the back yard with barbeque grille that has outstanding mountain views. The house is new, recently built and is in perfect condition.

We moved out to California about 10 years ago fell in love with the desert. We purchased this "Desert Retreat" as a way of escaping the daily life of working and living in a big city. Every time we come and stay at the house we feel rejuvenated and relaxed. We decided to use the house as a vacation rental only after we had several requests from friends and family to stay and vacation there. They seemed to have such a great time we wanted to share our Desert Oasis with others. The house is new and recently built.
