Decorated with a Tuscan feeling and beautiful art pieces, you’ll find this two bedroom, two bath condo irresistibly calming. Its been recently remodeled with all new tile and Berber carpet flooring.
The bright, colorful, kitchen is equipped with everything you could want or need to prepare a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Indulge your taste buds at the formal dining table or on the lanai while watching the boats and marine life on the canals below and Estero Bay.
The spacious, vibrant living room opens to the large screened in lanai overlooking Estero Bay and the canals below. Enjoy the manatees and dolphins that come in to play in the waterways. Wake early to watch the stunning sunrises over a glistening Estero Bay. Curl up with a good book or watch your favorite TV show while relaxing in the living room. High speed cable internet is also available free of charge for those who need to stay in touch with the office or family.
The master bedroom is decorated in gold and red and offers a queen size bed with in-room TV, private ensuite full bathroom, and opens to the lanai. The second bedroom is an elegant room with two twin beds, an in-room TV, and separate full bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping area as well. While the condo will sleep 6, fire code and condo rules stipulate a maximum of 5 persons total may occupy the condo.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your private use. Casa Marina boasts a very large, 27 x 57 foot, in-ground heated pool with a morning water aerobics program for those who want to get involved, stay fit, and meet others. Water aerobics not your cup of tea? No problem. Relax poolside on the comfortable lounging furniture and read a book or take an afternoon siesta. There are also poolside restrooms for your convenience.
For those who might be interested in renting a boat or personal watercraft, or if you’ll be bringing your own, we have boat slips available for your use during your stay. The canals on either side of the complex offer excellent fishing right from the dock. You can also spot dolphins and manatees swimming through as well. Enjoy golfing? This is the condo for you! Located right next to the executive-style, public golf course on Fort Myers Beach, known as Bay Beach, you can walk out the condo and right to the course. Grab a cart or walk and get some extra exercise. With 7 miles of white sugar sand beach at your backdoor there’s never a lack for something to do. Enjoy fishing? Fish right from the canals below the condo. You’re sure to catch a great fresh fish meal.
This condo is perfectly located towards the South end of the island. Walk to Santini Plaza or Fish Tale Marine. Here you can get fresh fishing bait, rent a boat for the day, shop in the numerous boutiques, or enjoy a delicious meal in the many restaurants. Fort Myers Beach has it all. Upscale shopping, cinemas, golf, night life, restaurants galore. Never venture off the island unless a short drive or boat ride takes you to Sanibel or Captiva islands or the wealthy shores of Naples.
Trolley stops going both North and South bound are located at the end of Bay Beach Lane at Estero Blvd. Jump on the trolley for 50 cents per person and see the island or head down to Lovers Key State Park for wildlife viewing, kayaks, biking and private beaches.
