This duplex condo unit is well maintained and just minutes from the lifts at Mount Snow. Within the unit (down stairs) are 2 of 3 bedrooms, 1 of 2 full bathrooms, a private hot-tub, sauna, and a washer and dryer. There is an additional hot tub maintenance fee on a pay per use basis.
In the living room (up stairs), there is a cozy wood burning fire place (wood is supplied at no additional cost). The picture window is filled from top to bottom with an awesome view of the mountain! There is also pull-out couch for additional sleeping (2). There is an open and fully furnished kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and another full bathroom.
Included in a half-share (or more), are all the amenities in the club house including WiFi (in the club house only) and towels for the pool.
Club house usage on shorter term rentals require an additional club house fee. If you don't want to drive to the mountain,...take the shuttle bus! It will pick up and drop off directly in front of the condo ...every 20 minutes.
