Please note that we feel our condo is best suited for 2 persons. It does have a sofa sleeper and can sleep up to 4, but there is limited closet space and when the sleeper is pulled out it does take up the entire living room space. Please consider this before contacting the owner if your party is larger than 2.

Rates include all the amenities you would expect of a 4-star hotel: Daily Housekeeping, Gym, Hot Tub, Sauna, Parking Garage, Concierge Services, Front Desk and Bellman, Computer (located in the business office---just ask at the front desk).

We have priced our VRBO rentals far below "The Lodge at Mountaineer Square" regular rates, however we still must charge taxes/resort association fees/and Parking fees---these add up and are often not disclosed by many home owners. We prefer to be up front regarding these charges, so please be sure to check our rates and calculate these fees for the time frame indicated before contacting us. Our condo is expensively furnished with custom made log furniture and high end bedding, lamps and accessories. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for".

"The Lodge at Mountaineer Square" truly is the heart of Mt. Crested Butte. Located at the base of the ski slopes in Mt. Crested Butte, The Lodge @ Mountaineer Square, provides the comfort of individually owned condominiums with the conveniences of a 4-Star hotel. Unit #310 is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the beautiful Mountaineer Square courtyard.
Activities include:
WINTER:Skiing,Snow Tubing, Snow shoeing, Ice Skating, Snow Mobiling.
SUMMER: Mountain biking, Hiking, Ice Skating, Rock Climbing, Bungee jumping, Wild Flower walks, Horseback rides. Free music concerts on the green.
All are just steps away and so are shopping, bars & restaurants, Camp 4 Coffee (our answer to Starbuck's), the Free town bus (leave your car at home, everything you need is just a Free bus ride away, or a short walk away).

Just steps away from your condo are a brand new Year-Round Ice Rink (artificial ice, so it can be used year-round), a Bungee Trampoline, and a Rock climbing tower! Winter of 2010 will introduce the new tubing hill with lift access (rope tow). Be sure to stop in at the newly remodeled Ice Bar at the base of Twister chair lift.
