You'll be close to everything Ketchikan has to offer with this quaint and cozy house in a private setting next to a small park, perfect for couples or families. Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful downtown Ketchikan where you can browse the shops and visit the infamous Creek Street. There is plenty to do around town or ask us about any sightseeing, fishing, kayaking or flight seeing tours.

The house was built in approximately 1910 with some renovations in the 1950s. Built during a time when houses in the area were constructed for Captains of small fishing vessels, cannery workers, brothels and speak easies,this cottage was probably a combination of one or all of these. The Eagles View Inn is considered traditional of what our early Alaskan seafarers, settlers or loggers would have lived in back in the early 1900's. Remodeled in 2007 to include all the modern conveniences the house still holds its old time charm and character of the past.

This charming house will sleep 6 guests. It has a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom, two twin beds upstairs and a queen size hide a bed couch (with a very comfortable memory foam mattress) in the living room with 1 bathroom that has a tub/shower. The Eagles View offers a full compliment of kitchen amenities including a full size refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, tile counter tops, microwave and table setting for up to six people. Cable TV with a 32 “ LCD flat screen, Stereo, DVD player, local phone with answering machine and high speed internet are included in every stay. Our Inn offers private off street parking, washer/dryer, linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. BBQ your favorite meal or catch of the day while enjoying the large private deck and wrap around porch with its fantastic waterfront views.

Eagles View Inn is non smoking but guests may smoke on the outside decks. No fish processing is allowed in the house. Minimum 3 night stay is required. If your stay will be shorter please contact us we may have something available for 1 or 2 days.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. This must be paid at the time the reservation is made. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express and Pay Pal. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with all of your vacation rental information and directions.

BALANCE DUE
Balance is due upon arrival at the Inn.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check in is after 3 p.m. and Check out is 11 a.m. This time is necessary so that we can clean and otherwise ready the house between guests. If you need, we can hold luggage for you either before you check in or after you check out. If the Inn is ready we may be able to check you in before 3 PM. Contact us if you require a later check out.

CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 14 days notice is required prior to date of arrival if you must cancel. A full refund will be given less a handling fee for cancellations.
