We found the property to be roomy, comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the multiple bedrooms and 2 full baths. We enjoyed being able to fix our meals and wash clothes as needed. We especially loved the pool and close access to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed biking, mini golfing, an afternonn at John's Pass and lunch on the water at St. Petersburg Pier! The property was nicer than we expected, and Kathy was a pleasure to work with. We've told several of our friends about our great vacation, and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable environment.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This was a terrific choice for our week's vacation at the beach. We had a beautiful view of the river and could be at the beach in minutes. The condo was beautiful, roomy and immaculate. Everything you might need was available including beach chairs and sunscreen! We were also right in the middle of the route to Clearwater and St. Pete. No matter where we wanted to go it was a short trip. Kathy provided maps and brochures that helped us become familiar with local attractions and it was easy to plan some outings. Several days we just walked over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing from the beach or our balcony. I would definitely return to this rental for another vacation.Did you find this review helpful? We found the property to be roomy, comfortable and accommodating. What we found most refreshing was the cleanliness of the condo, absolutely spotless. Having the multiple bedrooms, plus TV's and 2 full baths was awesome. Condo was close to restaurants, SALTROCK rules, and we especially loved the pool and close access to the beautiful beach. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating and prompt. We had a great vacation, and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable environment. It was great, perfect for my family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very clean. Plus only minutes walk to beach for day and those beautiful sunsets. Everything was wonderful!!!! The pictures really don't do the property and surrounding area justice. Kathy called the first evening to make we arrived and to make sure that we did not need anything. When the shower stopped up she called a plumber and had one at the property within 3 hours. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, two children (ages 4 and 5), and parents. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and not crowded. The condo is located near some great restaurants (some within walking distance) and is easily accessible to Publix grocery store and pharmacies (CVS and Walgreens). The property was clean, well maintained and provided ample amount of beach supplies, utensils, linens, etc. The condo is about 30 minutes to Tampa and 1 1/2 hours to Orlando. It was nice to be able to go to Disney World and come back to a nice and relaxing home. Great customer service. Good stay. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

We spent 5 nights here and could not have enjoyed ourselves more! As former residents of Pinellas County, we knew this was the ideal location between all the different beaches, close to great restaurants, etc... Great layout of the condo and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly have needed and more! It was plenty spacious for the five of us and our small dog, but could have easily accommodated more comfortably. Loved the large peaceful balcony and beautiful view of the intercoastal! I enjoyed getting to know Kathy through phone conversations and emails and she was a pleasure to work with! We definitely plan to return, it's so nice to have a place we can [hopefully!] stay on return trips!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Just got home from a wedding trip to Indian Shores, Florida. We stayed here at The InterCoastal and it was absolutely WONDERFUL. We walked right across the street for our wedding and had the most beautiful ceremony right at sunset. The condo is amazing - beautiful and comfortable and has everything that a vacationing family could possibly need. The kids were ecstatic to find a variety of beach toys, balls, frisbees, etc. in the closet when we arrived. I would recommend this place to anyone - a great place to stay!! Thanks so much!!!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful visit at the Intercoastal. The condo is beautiful and felt like home (only better & at the beach!). Although there is internet access, I was VERY happy to see our teenager not pick up her computer or cell phone the entire time we were there. The loft was her own private haven! The condo is very family friendly. The location is close enough to conveniences but far away from it all. We cannot wait to visit again very soon!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
