As you walk into the home through the entry way, immediately to the left is a bedroom w/ Queen bed and attached sun room with set of bunk beds and bathroom. Tile floors lay throughout the lower level. Straight ahead is the family room with HDTV Flat screen on the right with DVD, high speed wireless internet access, gas fireplace and the open kitchen to the left. Cherry cabinets and granite counter tops throughout kitchen. Opening to the kitchen and family room is the spacious sunroom that sits oceanfront with couches for lounging and a dining room table for ocean front dining. A wraparound bar provides extra seating in the kitchen and sun room. Sliding glass doors open to the oceanfront outdoor patio where there are two sets of outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The second level is covered with wood flooring and provides 3 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large laundry room for your convenience. One bathroom is on the left, as well as, a smaller bedroom w/ Queen bed. The entrance to the Master Suite follows with a King bed, covering the whole front of the home upstairs. Also in Master Suite is another couch facing the ocean to relax in, an HDTV Flat screen with DVD, and an extra sitting room with table and outdoor entrance to the upper wraparound deck. To the right of the upstairs is another bedroom w/ King bed, that is spacious w/ ocean view as well.
Plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy the activities of the beach or relax in peace and watch the dolphins, surfers, and sail boats!
