It has Flat Screen HDTV screens, Blu-ray DVDS & fireplaces located in living and all bedrooms. There is a BBQ on the balcony and the decorator is one of the best in town. There are two touring bikes avaialble for you to use.
There is wireless internet, a complimentary wireless printer for your use & free long distance calling anywhere in the US & Canada.
This vacation home is one that will provide that secluded feeling of quiet comfort for your whole family. There is a large pool and spa close by for you and your guests. The Clubhouse is 2 walking minutes away, right down the Esplanade. It has adult, kids and lap pools with Bright Blue Cabanas around the adult pool and a wonderful, relaxing Hammock Garden. Swing in one of these large Hawaiian hammocks while you relax and enjoy an afternoon cocktail, a book or just a quick nap in the gentle breeze!
If you are with a group and you want to have a barbecue, there is a large B-B-Q section, at the Clubhouse area that can be reserved for dinner parties.
We are just 1/2 block away from the World Famous, La Quinta Resort and Club which has 3 restaurants, a shopping mall, a Starbucks, a Tennis club, a World Class Spa and a very large party pool that serves hard liquor. After you check in, you don't have to move your car from its parking place. Just a short walk to everywhere!!!

We recently had the opportunity to stay at this property while husbands were participating in a golf tournament. I can not say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were. The two master suites were great! The layout of the condo and proximity to the satalite pool,(right outside out condo) and the full pool, clubhouse, workout room all within a short walk, were great. The parking and access to the unit were also very easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is seaking a fully equiped, turn key condo, with great ammenities. The condo is completely set up with everything anyone could need to make you comfortable and then some. All bedding, towels, games, tvs in every room, and washer dryer. We would highly recommend this to anyone that just wants to roll in and have everything right at your finger tips. Thank you for making our stay and dealing with you so easy. We look forward to our next visit and have already recommended it to our friends.

I stayed in this unit in early November 2010. Our party included 4 adults (2 couples so we loved having 2 master suites) and 3 small children. What a great set-up! We have stayed at the LaQuinta Resort next door quite a few times and love it...but it is very expensive and they were never able to get both rooms on the same side of the resort. So, when the little ones went to bed early, the parents were forced to as well. With this set up, we able to put the kids to bed and still enjoy ourselves. The furniture here is more upgraded than other units and the beds were very comforthable. The location is great...just a 2 or 3 minute walk to the main pool which has a grill and bar and an awesome kiddie pool. It really isn't as close to the resort as I expected (you have to walk on a major street) but we quickly realized that we didn't need to go over there for anything and the drive would be no big deal for a massage or something. We will definitely be staying again! Also, the owner was very nice and easy to work with!

Spic and Span cleanliness, beautiful decor, all ammenities provided, quiet and relaxing, conviently located. I would definately rent this unit again! Great value over a traditional hotel.

Our family stayed here July 4th and it was wonderful.... we only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms but it was perfect for our family. The furnishings are beautiful, air-conditioning worked great and the beds were super comfortable! It felt very luxurious! There is a pool right out the back door and it is a short walk to the super large children's pool. Highly recommend!
