This 740 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 4th floor condo has much to offer! Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Make a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen OR order out, put your feet up and toast to the beginning of a wonderful vacation! This condo boasts all the comforts of home, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer and chic Mediterranean style! Condo is Handicap accessible for ease of wheelchair use. For those not disabled, you will be happy to find a spacious layout, extra large walkways and a large bathroom!
Love the beach? Great, it is just a short walk across the street to beautiful, white sand Madeira Beach! Don't forget to take the complimentary room beach chairs with you!
With more than the beach to offer, walk just 2 short blocks to the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. Dine among many fabulous restaurants, go shopping at the quaint waterfront shops along the way or just sit on the pier and watch the boats go by! With so much in walking distance, why rent a car?
This idyllic location has some of the most stunning sunsets, beautiful weather and terrific fishing! There is almost limitless water sports activities, dining on the freshest seafood and shopping for almost anything you can think of. We are also just a short drive from all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer. Like sports? In a 45-minute drive you can catch a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game or see the world champion Tampa Bay Lightning. Just 10 minutes away you can visit Tropicana Field and the Tampa Bay Rays.
The master bedroom is nicely appointed with queen size bed, window blinds and custom privacy curtains. It has a TV, DVD player, Hepa filter, sitting chair, large closet and end tables for extra storage. The main living room is adorned with custom furnishings for a special "at home" feeling and a pull out queen size sofa bed. It also features a portable radio with CD player, phone, TV, DVD player and complimentary wireless internet (Wi-Fi). There is a table and chair set on the balcony and 2 bar stools that sit at the island of the kitchen. This condo is fully stocked! There is a coffee pot, microwave, oven & flat top stove, blender, pots & pans, full set of dishes, utensils, cups and wine glasses. There is also in room washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, clothes basket and lots of storage room for your belongings! The extra large bathroom has walk in shower, storage cabinet with decorative shelving and comfortable oblong toilet.

Madeira Beach is wonderful for families as well as retired or single couples. When we built it in 2006 we were just a husband and wife, now we have a family and it has always worked GREAT for us! The city of Madeira Beach has something for EVERYONE and the beach is gorgeous and never too crowded like the neighboring beaches. It is a jewel here in Tampa Bay!

After living in the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years my husband and I decided to purchase our "Home Away from Home" so we would have a close vacation getaway. Madeira Beach was such a perfect fit at just under 45 minutes away! It has SOO much to offer in walking or short driving distance! We walk to the local (homemade) ice cream shop, go shopping at John's Pass, fish from the dock, go to eat at one of the many restaurants nearby or walk across the street to the beach!
