Rogue Wave is the corner house at 100 West Summer Place in the center of Emerald Isle on North Carolina's Crystal Coast. Semi private beach access is directly across the street. Rogue Wave has 4 bedrooms which sleeps 12 people comfortably and 3 full bathrooms. The house is a reverse floor plan with living areas on the top floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Each floor has it's own deck to appreciate the ocean views and breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and a complete set of cookware for the preparation of all your favorite beach meals. Those meals can be enjoyed in the spacious dining room watching your shows on TV or on the picnic table on the deck.
The outside shower with hot and cold water is very popular in the summer. A concrete carport under the house will keep your automobiles cool when they are not in use. Stairways and decks are located on the front and side of Rogue Wave for those relaxing evenings.
Our white and sandy beaches with blue-green water are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and surf. Multiple turtle hatchings are sighted every year on the island.
Excellent surf fishing right across from Rogue Wave. A public marina is less than 10 minutes away. Emerald Isle is about 45 minutes from Ellis Airport in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Our vacation rental is available in all seasons.

Emerald Isle is a gorgeous barrier island with white sandy beaches and activities for all ages. Rogue Wave is the third property my husband and I have owned on the Crystal Coast.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Rogue Wave is located on a quiet dead end street and very safe for children. The neigborhood is known as Summer Place. Great ocean and beach views. Beach access is for Summer Place residents only and is right across from the house. Enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Rogue Wave is a reversed floor plan with the great area on the top floor. The great area is very open and airy. It's a great house for entertaining. Linens are provided.
Owner's Map of Emerald Isle
My husband Barry and I are from North Carolina and have been living in Singapore for over nine years. We usually come home to Rogue Wave from mid April - May and in the fall from mid September - October. Rogue Wave is very special. It has two addresses because it's a corner house. 100 West Summer Place and 6204 Ocean Drive. We love the location of Rogue Wave, with the quiet street, the constant sound of the ocean, beautiful ocean & beach views, and easy access to the beach is just across from the house.
