Waterfall Villa (Villa Air Terjun in Balinese) is a secluded and stylish retreat in the cool hills of central Bali, 20 km to the north of Ubud. The villa consists of nine buildings with traditional alang-alang (thatch) roofs, set in 3000m² of tropical gardens over a hillside with wonderful views stretching to the volcanoes of western Bali. The villa can accommodate 8-10 people in five spacious and independent rooms, each with an iron four-poster bed and a Balinese garden bathroom.
Our friendly and discreet staff are present at the villa and at our guests' service around the clock. The team includes a talented chef who prepares high quality Indonesian and international food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The villa compound, with its five separate and private rooms is especially suited for large families, yoga and meditation groups, and for anyone looking for comfort and relaxation away from the heat and bustle of the more touristy areas of the island.
The living and dining areas are open plan, allowing refreshing breezes to flow through, with a hint of flowering fragrances from the garden. Ideal for large family or group gatherings, these areas can be left behind as you retreat to your private room to read, relax or catch up with some sleep.
A purpose built entertainment room will keep youngsters occupied with TV, DVDs, games or just sitting around talking about their "cool" adventure in the mountains.
There are many attractions nearby for the more adventurous, such as hiking, sunrise climb to the top of the mountain, mountain biking, white water rafting and elephant rides to name a few. Or there is just relaxing around the pool, without a care in the world!!
