Lomas de Uvita is a 2-floor house with a balcony and unobstructed ocean and mountain views. Located 1/5 miles uphill from the main (Costanera) road, right across from Marino Ballena Marine Park/Reserve, the mornings are filled with sightings of toucans, parakeets and multiple birds. Waking up in the early morning you would appreciate the magical sounds of the rainforest: the haunting cries of howler monkeys and the songs of more than a hundred species of birds.
With floor-to-ceiling glass walls on two sides, the house offers unobstructed, magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains.
From Lomas de Uvita you can can easily get to multiple beaches, ecological reserves and wildlife attractions. The house is located 1/5 mile from the Costanera highway, a main road connecting with Dominical to the North and Panama to the South. In the town below the house, there are restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and an Internet café.
