Our recent stay could not have been better. The owners are great, and they go out of their way to be accommodating. The condo was clean, well decorated, and stocked with basic needs. The location is great and you can take a short walk on the beach to Caddy's bar for meals and live entertainment. We enjoyed the bird, dolphin, and people watching. You cannot beat the view... our pictures could be used for postcards. We WILL go back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, sightseeing.

Absolutely wonderful vacation.....didn't want to leave!! Spent most of our time relaxing on the beach shelling and sunning. The sunsets were stunning and we watched the dolphins play through out each day. The condo was very clean and fully equipped, even had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & beach towels. We are already planning on returning next year and will def recommend this condo to family and friends!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

This condo is beyond what is described! It is excellent. Everything is excellent - Location, Price, atmosphere, cost, even the owners! I was very pleased with my entire stay. The beach is in an excellent location that is not overpopulated. The water is very nice and clean along with the beaches. I felt right at home upon arrival. The only thing I was upset about was leaving this place!! Don't waste your time searching for hotels. Great distance and locations. You are less than 2 miles from John's Pass and the only thing separating you from the ocean is white sand!! Found great shells and had a lot of great memories. I would highly recommend anybody to stay at this condo! Not dramatic or hotel like, this place is so much a home. A home however with the most amazing view of the gulf and right on the beach. This condo is fully equipped and extremely comnfortable. Spacious enough for a family of 4 and cozy enough for just one. I highly recommend. No waiting to get in, no checking in at a desk, parking right by the elevators so no long walks to the condo. You will enjoy.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

About the owner: Hi All, This is a picture of my wife Evie from Grand Haven, Mi and my sister Deb and two daughters Sara and Mick from Tampa. We bought the Treasure Island Condo originally as a family retreat. We visit the condo on a regular basis and always hate to leave.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island:
We choose to buy this condo since our family has visited that area for many years. The beach is fabulous and having a pool right on the Gulf is great... Also, it is close to lots of beach resturants and even the flea market ... what a hoot
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Location, location, location .... We are close to the main beach road but just far enough from it to have minimal traffic . Also, it is just a short walk on the beach to Caddy's, a terrific beach front casual eatery. Our location is so nicely situated near a wonderful array of entertainment spots. There is sure to be a variety that will fit your taste. It sounds goofy, but we love to go to the HUGE Wagon Wheel flea market on Park Blvd. It's worth the 20 minute drive up the beach road and turn east on Park Blvd... Then drive about 5 miles. It's only open Saturday and Sunday... On Sunday night you might want to take a nice walk down the beach to the Bill Mar Resort where at dusk the beach comes alive with hundreds of people enjoying the sunset and banging on percussion instruments. It's quite something to see. Also, Johns Pass has a variety of shops to browse and nightspots to visit.
