This property is centrally located in Pine, Arizona in a private cul-se-sac lot. This log sided cabin is stunningly beautiful. It is complete with cedar ceilings, ornamental wood rails, custom beds, and beautiful travertine tile. The best way to describe the property is rustic, yet refined.

The climate in Pine during the summer is beautiful in the evenings. Typically, about 65 degrees; however, during the day. Temperatures can reach 95 degrees during the summer months. That can be a bit warm without air conditioning. Our property has does have a high effeciency central air conditioning and heating system. We also have three fireplaces for those really cold nights if you are so inclined.

Our cabin has an elevator so those who cannot get up/down stairs can enter the main level from the garage. There is a built in wheelchair ramp in the garage. The wrap around patio / deck was also built with ramps in the design. It is a great platform to view the wildlife. We have deer, elk, javelina, fox, skunk, and raccoons regularly in the front yard!

This cabin two complete bedrooms and three full baths. It also has two long full over queen bunks on the 1st floor. A full media room and handicapped assessable bathroom on the 1st floor. The three propane fireplaces keep the temperature in check while it is cool outside.

This cabin is centrally located. It is only a 20 minute drive to Payson, a 10 minute drive to "The Natural Bridge", an Arizona State Park, a 5 minute drive to Strawberry, and a 20 minute drive to the "Cinch Hook" snow play area on the Mogollon Rim. I have been asked on many occassions about riding and hiking trails. There are numerous trails through the rim area. You can cycle, walk, and in some places ride your ATV's. This cabin is located in a developed area. You cannot ride the quads in the yard or surrounding area. If you have the proper licensing ($25 trail stamp issued by MVD); there is an area about a mile or two from the cabin to ride your ATV's.
