- Gazebo (2) : There are two charcoal grills next to the gazebo along with a couple of picnic tables under the gazebo. Cook on the grill and then have your choice of eating up on your balcony or on the picnic tables! There is also a putting green and horseshoe pit located next to gazebo. A second brand new gazebo was recently completed to the side of the condo.

management will collect a $1 per person per night Anguilla Tourism Marketing Levy.
*Due to no scheduled housekeeping on Sunday, Sunday arrivals may require an addt'l
cleaning fee. 25% deposit required at time of booking, balance due within 60
days of arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will only be refunded if
the unit can be re-rented, less a 25% charge.

Hi. So you can put a face to the name when you're dealing with us, we are (l to r) Jeff, Susan, Tammy and Greg. We live in Massachusetts in the USA and co-own the unit. If you're planning a trip to Anguilla, we hope you'll consider staying in our unit at the Ocean Terrace Condominiums. We know you'll love it.
Why the Owner Chose The Farrington
We love the location of Ocean Terrace Condominiums. It's located on the southern shore of Anguilla and we have fantastic views of the Caribbean looking back at St. Martin. It's off the beaten path so it's nice and quiet at the condo with generally just the sounds of the Caribbean breezes and the waves crashing on the shore to lull you to sleep at night.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
With the island being so small, we're just minutes away from everything the island has to offer. There are numerous restaurants, including gourmet fine dining, and 33 gorgeous beaches. The island is relatively flat and once you get a map of the island and get your bearings, it's very easy to find your way around.

The charming condo with 2 large terraces was clean and just what we needed for our perfect island vacation. Although the complex was full, it seemed as if we had the entire place to ourselves. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Ocean Terrace is just right for an Anguilla vacation.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Terrace. The unit was very comfortable, well-appointed with attractive furnishings and complete kitchen. We especially enjoyed our time on the two decks overlooking the ocean. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. There is an undeveloped golf course nearby for long walks along the ocean. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo far exceeded my expectations! As promised Ambrose and Paula were awesome to deal with.The condo was immaculate and everything worked just fine. I hooked up with Ronnie for a car and our week of fun and adventure began. Not having a clue what Anguilla was about we just took off driving down every side road and goat path we could find. Spent Monday drinking with Bankie Banx, Tuesday hung out at Crocus Bay, Wednesday toured around the Viceroy and Cap Juluca followed by lunch at Meads Bay, Thursday at Junks Hole, Friday back to Crocus Bay and Saturday at Smokey's Cove Bay. Met a bunch of wonderful people and generally just had a great week. Thanks very much for making your condo available to us and really appreciated all your guidance and suggestions. This was truly an easy carefree way to enjoy an amazing island. My only issue, as you had warned me...one week wasn't enough!!! Thanks again Barry

Our trip to Ocean Terrace for the second time was as much fun as the first. We were invited to a party held in the back by the gazebo. There was marvelous food and a rum punch that forced you to dance to the DJ's music. It was a wonderful start to our Anguillan get away. Since this was our second trip, we knew the things we wanted to do: Junk's hole beach and Nat's Place; Elodia's for some punch, lunch and snorkeling; a picnic lunch to Little Bay with Calvin at the helm, Sandy Island for a lunch and snorkel day. We caught some afternoon music at Gwen's reggae bar with a snooze in their hammocks. We even tried out some new parts of the island we hadn't seen. We traveled to the far west end to Trattoria Tramonto and enjoyed a great music selection, cold caribs, comfortable lounge chairs and lunch. Ambrose as always was a congenial host and looked after us well. He was available when needed with advice and suggestions and island background information. Ronnie does a great job with car rentals and is an interesting fellow to talk to.

We stayed at Ocean Terrace for a beautiful week long stay in Anguilla. We couldnt have been happier!!! Everyone was soooo nice. The condo is really large and spacious and very well kept. The maid service was perfect. The view of St. Marrten was breathtaking. We followed every recomendation that Jeff and Greg gave us and It all went seamlessly!!!! Use Ronnie to rent a car....we rented a Jeep. It was so fun!!! (Ronnie and his brother are Anguillas top two cyclists.....he'd even take you for a bike tour if you ask!!!)

Jeff - We had an awesome time in Anguilla, and this condo was perfect! The views of St. Martin and neighboring islands from the balconies are incredible. Ambrose and Paula were extremely nice and helpful, and the condo was very well-appointed and spacious. We spent most of our time at Shoal Bay East and Rendezvous Bay, and the information you provided on beaches, restaurants and ferry schedules was extremely helpful. Our stay at Ocean Terrace was wonderful. The accommodations were extremely nice. The beds were comfortable and the maid service was great. The balcony had a great view and we sat out there every morning and after the beach. Sometimes we'd hang at the pool for awhile. We liked the fact that it was off the beaten path and was quiet. We never made it to the gym, but we kept saying "tomorrow, first thing". Ambrose and his wife were extremely hospitable and did cook us up some BBQ. We grew attached to the little dogs. We loved the way they would greet us. We can't wait to go back.

We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect for us, and I think we had the best views of anywhere on Anguilla. We did a lot of exploring of the island and fell in love with Shoal Bay East (near Uncle Ernies), and ate at some great restaurants(Trattorria, Roys Pub, Straw Hat, Mangos, Picante, Tastys). It was a great vacation for the four of us, and thanks again for allowing us to experience Anguilla.

Greg,Our stay went beyond smooth and we had the time of our lives in Anguilla. Ambrose and his wife were awesome, Ronnie took care of us on the car rental, and the beaches were, well, I can’t even describe them. To say they are the nicest in the world is not an overstatement and my only regret, as you promised, was that we didn’t spend more time at your condo, which far exceeded my hard to please expectations. Even a rain shower was pleasant from the terrace and the sound from the ocean waves was perfect, not too loud, not too distant. I also have to say the Anguillan people are the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I consider myself well traveled and a Marriott type traveler and again, I couldn’t have been more pleased.Thanks again,Tom
