  This home is great for a large or extended family vacation. The neighborhood is convenient, safe, and clean. The home has all the amenities and more. The owners even replaced a few broken items during our stay to update their offerings. We enjoyed it a great deal.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We have just returned from an excellent two week holiday in Palm Villa. We visited theme parks nearly every day and we were so happy to retreat back to the villa in the afternoon and relax. We were particularly pleased that we were not staying in a Disney hotel, no queues for breakfast or dinner in the villa! We used the BBQ every evening and made some lovely simple healthy meals (the park food is not always very good). The Walmart was a god send being in such a convenient location, we dropped in every afternoon and picked up what we wanted for the evening, you can even walk there. The villa was lovely and bigger than it looks in the photos. The pool was great and so were the towels. Since our original booking the villa had changed owners but this did not cause us any problems. Some of the villa blurb was a bit out of date, there was no Sat Nav and the BBQ was on its last legs but this did not spoil an excellent holiday. We would definitely recommend this villa.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a great time at the house, the weather really didn't have much of an effect on us, the storms seamed to happen mainly late in the day or when we were in the car. Your house was lovely & your management company are superb, we called them twice & on both occasions they were very quick & helpful. I'll be looking to rent your house again next summer, for august / sepetember thanks again Gary & Family

  We had a great time staying at Palm Villa. The home was nicely furnished and had plenty of space for our family. The extra beach towels and linens were definitely appreciated! My kids looked forward to jumping in the pool after a day at Disney. We also loved the game room and enjoyed ping pong and pool tournaments during the week. Palm Villa had the nicest patio furnishings of any villa we have stayed at. Very nicely equipped, as close to home as you get on a vacation! The owners were very quick with email inquiries and the management company was friendly upon arrival. Highly recommended!

  We had a great time staying at Palm Villa. The home was nicely furnished and had plenty of space for our family. The extra beach towels and linens were definitely appreciated! My kids looked forward to jumping in the pool after a day at Disney. We also loved the game room and enjoyed ping pong and pool tournaments during the week.   We had an absolutely brilliant time. The Villa was amazing and was in a perfect little spot to be able to do all the things we wanted to do. The Sat nav was an absolute god send for that as well.   Just wanted to say how fantastic we thought the villa was. Southern Dunes was nice and peaceful and a welcome retreat from Disney. The villa itself was perfect for us, and the little touches really made a difference. The Sat Nav system was excellent, and it certainly saved a few arguments (pity we didn't have it trying to get out of the car rental lot in Miami. We got a bit lost and ended up in a rather dodgy looking part of town...I was convinced we were going to get shot!!!) The wi-fi really helped, especially with the poor weather, it meant we could plan in advance and make the most out of our day. We even used it to Skype the grandparents. I, like you love my coffee, so the coffee machine really got a big thumbs up, nothing better than having it ready freshly brewed for our 6am wake up call from the kids. The villa was spotless when we arrived, and really felt homely, the modern presentation was spot on for us...We're not big fans of the 80's Chintz that seems to run wild in some of the other villas we looked at!!! The kids loved the pool and the games room, although I am a bit disappointed, at 5 and 3 the girls didn't really turn into the pool demons I thought they would. So all in all a wonderful holiday, spent in top quality accommodation, we would certainly recommend Palm Villa to friends and family, and when I can save the money, we will go back, and would have no hesitation in staying in the same place again.   Your Villa is a lovely property set in a very restful location. I was impressed with all the child accessories you had there (having a small child myself) the high chair and equipment like that are a real boon when renting property. The internet is a real gem and one of the features I was looking for when booking as it allowed me to keep in contact with work. However even with teenagers and their laptops, it will allow them to keep in contact with their friends, should they have any downtime. I look forward to a successful inspection and would have no hesitation recommending your property. I just hope I can return there again next year. I have to say that your organisation when booking this property was second to none. I know I had a short timeframe, but all the information I needed came out quickly and the prompt return of the deposit just emphasised this process! (unlike other houses I have rented when I have had to chase up at each stage) THANK YOU Trevor, businessman from the UK

It is superbly located for the theme parks and other attractions and was presented lovely and clean on our arrival.(the directions you provided made it easy to find) We made great use of the pool and everything we needed for a perfect holiday was there.   Just a few lines to say what a great time we had staying at Palm Villa. From the moment of contacting you, everything went so smoothly, that we would definitely consider returning in the future. Booking was simple, communication was great, details and directions to Palm Villa were accurate and straightforward and the support from the mgmt co was both efficient and reassuring. Along with the expected comfortable rooms and furnishings, the Villa has many of the things that are needed for an enjoyable stay in the Orlando area, especially the Golf facilities on site, the well maintained pool and the games room for the kids.
