This Sea Trail large two bedroom two bath environmentally green vacation condo rental is located in Sunset Beach (1 mile from beach) and overlooks the 18th hole of Maples Golf Course. Two other championship courses at Sea Trail. Sea Trail is 3 miles from Calabash, NC, 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC and 15 minutes from the city limits of North Myrtle Beach, SC.
One, three and four bedroom condos are also available of which some of these are pet friendly.
You will find the following in our condo: fully equipped/furnished kitchen, dining room/area, living room with TV & VCR and/or DVD, washer, dryer, porch and more. Sea Trail and our condo are great places for families, honeymooners, and vacationers alike. This two bedroom condo is approximately 1,300 sq.ft.
Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. The Grand Strand area hosts numerous "Live Entertainment Theaters" featuring shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice skating and spectacular "Western" shows. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area has already become known as "the Branson of the South." The climate is always pleasant. Temperatures range from an average low of 54 in January, to a high of 82 in July.
Sunset Beach & Sea Trail are easily accessible via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40. Driving distances from select major cities are as follows (in miles): Asheville, NC--291; Atlanta, GA--356; Cleveland, OH--673; Detroit, MI--847; Jacksonville, FL--336; Knoxville, TN--395; Louisville, KY--645; MN--1433; Montreal, QB--998; New York, NY--661; Pittsburgh, PA--607; Toronto, ON--868; Washington, DC--423. Under normal driving conditions, it takes 7 hours to drive from Washington, DC, 12 hours from New York, NY and 12 hours from Pittsburgh, PA.
Books and movies are available for your reading and viewing pleasure. A number of cookbooks are available for those evenings when you feel like preparing your own meal, and dining in.
Movies, books, etc., vary by unit. A restaurant guide is available with menus from numerous local restaurants. The area has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian. Any palate can be satisfied.
Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls, secure internet access, utilities, and dialup are included in our rates. Pool/workour room access is available for a nominal charge. Pool access is available at the resort's nominal published rate--$80 a week for a family of six, for example.

Sunset Beach and Sea Trail Resort are just beautiful. Dozens of golf courses, wildlife, shopping, and architecture sightseeing locally and in Wilmington (1 hour) are all availalbe. And they don't call Sunset Beach Sunset Beach for nothing.

We hail from Louisville, Kentucky, home of the Cards, the Ryder Cup and the Kentucky Derby. We are nearing retirement and found Sunset Beach, our destination for years to come. We have two small dogs - Chihuahua and Yorkie - so we know how important it is to have your dogs with you when you travel.
