The large wrap-around porch, complete with oversized rockers and an inviting porch swing, offers a picturesque view of nearby Gardner-Webb University.

The home is located within a one hour drive of Charlotte or Asheville in North Carolina and Greenville/Spartanburg in South Carolina. The peaceful rural Cleveland County North Carolina setting will soon be home to the Earl Scruggs Center and Don Gibson Theater opening in 2010.
