This complex has a gorgeous over sized Atrium area upon entry, complete with large outdoor hot tub and spacious deck! A great place to grill out and catch some rays! There are laundry room facilities, ski lockers, and a covered underground parking garage!
Within the condo, there is 1 New Queen Pillow top Mattress bed in the master, a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, (right in front of the fire), and 2 Twin beds in the guestroom. Full of amenities; gorgeous stone gas fireplace, color TV, DVD player, and VCR in this cozy condo! The master bath even houses a Jacuzzi spa bathtub! This condo is newly renovated with large kitchen and modern appliances, also has a lovely private balcony, overlooking town park! And High Speed Internet!
This unit is located on the first floor, and is located adjacent to the winter snow sledding hill, beach volleyball court, tennis courts and playground! Can be rented with other Atrium units for larger groups. (When available)
