Beach view from front balcony, beautiful courtyard view from screened lanai, and a short stroll to heated pool, club house, and shuffleboard.
Fully furnished and well equipped kitchen and pantry. First floor has tiled entry, 1/2 bath, kitchen and lanai. The dining/living room area has hardwood floors. The living room has a full size pull out sleep sofa, CCTV, air conditioners and ceiling fans.
Second floor is fully carpeted and houses 2 large bedrooms and a bath with tub/shower combination. Master bedroom has California king size bed, plenty of closet space with built-ins and TV. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. Large closet with built-ins. Each room has ceiling fans.
Several laundry rooms are located throughout the complex with one in the next building. Reserved parking directly in front of unit. Fine dining within walking distance.
