Welcome to a break from everyday life and a chance to relax and take in the beauty of white sands, sunshine and the spray of the surf off the ocean. We are more than happy to be able to share our " Beach House Dream " with you and your family.
Relax in a true beach house experience in Sunny Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. We have a two bedroom, two bath condo just steps away from the ocean. We are truly just 50 yards from our elevator to the waters edge, or if you prefer we have a swimming pool located less than 50 feet from our condo.
We offer a large front porch where you can gather to watch the ocean or the beautiful sunsets. We also offer a screened in Lanai off the Master Bedroom with a relaxing view of lush tropical landscape.
Our Condo is located exactly two miles south of the pier at Times Square and all the shops. We are within walking distance of the local Publix grocery store and the newest Marina. Ft. Myers has it all! From relaxing in the Sun, playing on the beach and in the water to shopping and fine dining.
Our hopes are that you will enjoy our " Beach House " as much as we do and the time you spend there will create memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

We decided to purchase our condo in Fort Myers due to the opportunity provided to us to get into this location. We for years were Daytona visiters and even considered purchasing there. We both are so glad we did not and ended up in Fort Myers. It is so beautiful and warmer than the Daytona area. We are very happy with our decision.

There is so much to do in Fort Myers for all ages. Or in the event you just want to relax laying on the beach there is nothing more peaceful or relaxing than our beach!

Kelley and Larry Roland, we have four children all boys ranging in age from 25-20. Two our boys are married and we have a total of five grandchildren. We have always dreamed of owning a condo in Florida that some day will be our retirement choice to stay in the cold winter months. We are from Knightstown, Indiana and have lived their together since we were married in 1983. We wanted to rent our condo to allow others the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we do! This is a brand new condo just opened in 2008.
