This is a wonderful 4 bedroom 2 bath family home. Very cozy and quiet. Located in the gated community of Lake of the Pines in the Sierra Foothills. The house is completely furnished and is an ideal location year round. There are three large decks that meet the open wooded back area and a peek of the 8th hole of the golf course.
There is a hot tub at the bottom of the decks. In the summer you can sit on the deck to enjoy the warm evenings and barbecue or swing in the hammock with a glass of wine. There are outdoor chairs and table for your comfort as well.
During the colder winter months the wood burning stove provides a cozy and toasty alternative in the living room. The kitchen and dining area (which look out on the deck) are perfect for family get togethers!
